FNB do better-Not DALY please
I will never understand FNB for making me work through this company. They are not as competent as they claim on their website, which boast 21 years of experience. Or maybe, I'm part of the selected few who will receive sub-par treatment. There has been about two times when I make payments, large sums of money and they simply do not move! They don't acknowledge payment, they don't update the account nor inform FNB. Recently, due to system delays, a debit order payment of mine which had gone off as usual, didn't reflect. They wasted no time compiling and filing a summons! Imagine. Not even a warning, reminder or one of those messages, "stating they would like to rerun the payment of the account. Mind you, it wasn not even the end of the month. A SUMMONS! Then they have this payment link which they use, of which I regret making my payment through it because the money I work so hard for is currently somewhere in the air, and they are as nonchalant as they come! It has been more than 14 days. They are taking time to respond to emails and are busy asking me to resend documents I already have shared. They even asked for my contact DETAILS? Say what? Shouldn't they already have these since we have a payment arrangement? Arg, FNB do better.

Bad customer service
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment with Daly Credit, you guys do not know how to treat customers fairly and your staff is very *********** because nobody for your organisation allocated my payment for the 2nd of June 2025 for 300 rand and most recently I made payment on the 2nd of May 2026 I see that payment hasn't even been allocated and from last year I spoke about this and the agent gave me a email to send my proof of payment to *** but up until now there was still not resolution and then yesterday I get a call from some Mbali and she has given me another email *** to send my proof of payment but up still no resolution and I have been sending messages to your WhatsApp line and sent proof of payment to the WhatsApp line but nothing has happened, you guys really need the skillset to handle customer complaints promptly and efficiently

Very unprofessional
RL Daly Attorneys is the most unprofessional law firm I have ever dealt with. They don’t communicate, they miss deadlines, and they clearly don’t care about their clients. My time was completely wasted and my matter was handled with zero urgency or respect. I would never recommend RL Daly Attorneys to anyone.

Worst Service Ever
I wish I would not even rate you a 1, your service has been terrible from day one, forcing me into accepting a debit order, FNB has other external debt collectors and they gladly accept EFT payments of which you said they don’t, you debited my account on the 16th of Jan without my permission, you said you’ll process a refund and this never happened, today on the 26th of Jan you debit my account, I did not give you permission to debit my account, I call and you don’t even recognise my problem as urgent, still waiting for your consultant to call me since 15:25pm. Please urgently refund me and stop the debit order, I will going forward do manual payments.
