FNB do better-Not DALY please

I will never understand FNB for making me work through this company. They are not as competent as they claim on their website, which boast 21 years of experience. Or maybe, I'm part of the selected few who will receive sub-par treatment. There has been about two times when I make payments, large sums of money and they simply do not move! They don't acknowledge payment, they don't update the account nor inform FNB. Recently, due to system delays, a debit order payment of mine which had gone off as usual, didn't reflect. They wasted no time compiling and filing a summons! Imagine. Not even a warning, reminder or one of those messages, "stating they would like to rerun the payment of the account. Mind you, it wasn not even the end of the month. A SUMMONS! Then they have this payment link which they use, of which I regret making my payment through it because the money I work so hard for is currently somewhere in the air, and they are as nonchalant as they come! It has been more than 14 days. They are taking time to respond to emails and are busy asking me to resend documents I already have shared. They even asked for my contact DETAILS? Say what? Shouldn't they already have these since we have a payment arrangement? Arg, FNB do better.
