Worst bus line ever. Not only do they not stick to the time schedule when one goes to the offices in Midrand to enquire the staff have an attitude in fact the girl sitting there did not bother looking up from her phone to address my query. Further the bus does not come all the way. They take the people out and make them wait a further unstipulated time period for a taxi. I would not recommend this bus line
This past Sunday I had a horrible experience at this Chicken Licken. We were a few customers who were assisted by the cashier but that’s where the assistance ended. No one bothered to pack any of our orders. It got to the point where one gentleman approached the cashier again and asked her when we’ll be getting our orders. She then proceeded to tell him she’ll just give his money back which she then proceeded to do. I then asked her about my order and another elderly man who had been waiting before me and she then rolled her eyes at me before going to pack the orders. I don’t know if they were perhaps short staffed on Sunday but the staff is definitely not happy and not happy to assist people at all.
I had Netstar as my vehicle tracking company for about a year. They would debit my account monthly and I never had any issues. I then traded in the vehicle and advised them on 11 November 2024 that I would like them to cancel the tracker as I am no longer in possession of the vehicle. They then sent an email back saying my request is referred to retentions and Andile Nkosi from customer services asked “cancellations” to assist. I made a follow up on 04 December 2024 as Netstar debited my account again and I asked what the progress of the cancellation is and I got no response. In January 2025 I get several calls from Netstar on a daily basis telling me I have an unpaid account and I owe them something like R400-something Rand. I indicated to the lady that I had requested two months ago that this contract be cancelled as I no longer have the vehicle. She told me on their system it’s not cancelled so I am liable to pay them. How can I be liable to pay people who did not do their job on their side? If I indicated to you to cancel it and you acknowledged my email how are you still billing me? Is this not daylight ******* to continue billing someone after they have cancelled. They now have a collections office calling me for money that I cannot possibly owe them if they had just done their jobs and cancelled my contract when I requested it. How can I be liable for this account? I have written proof of the times I emailed and followed up. This is the worst tracking company I have ever had!
I am writing yet another review on the horrid service I’ve received in relation to my contract with Vodacom. After settling an amount of over R7k last year which they told me was outstanding I was then hit with another bill of R2k two months or so later. Upon me enquiring where this amount comes from I was told that my account had been continued past the contractual period. I refused to pay this amount and asked for assistance on where to refer my complain to which I received no answers from Vodacom. A few months later I get a call from attoneys stating they acting on behalf of vodacom. One I did not give permission for my information to be shared with a third party yet vodacom breached my right to privacy and shared my information with a third party. Two upon me enquiring from this law firm to provide me with my original contract and a statement on how the R2k is now in fact over R4k, the law firm could not provide me with the necessary details yet kept harassing me every day for payment. I kept insisting on them providing me with more information as I cannot blindly pay amounts that is not proven. They kept on harassing me with no proof. I eventually out of frustration went to vodacom and settled the account as that’s who I have my contract with and the law firm then contacted me telling me they cannot update my account as I did not pay the money into their account and in addition I owe them R500. I do not understand how I could pay people money into their account when I did not contract with them and in light of all the ***** happening in this country I was now just suppose to pay people because they said so. Secondly this law firm (TJ Maodi Inc) could not even provide me with information which makes it that more sketchy. Now I sit with a paid up account yet it’s reflecting negatively on my credit record because of Vodacom!
I have had a contract with them for 3 years and in that time never once did I receive a statement of account and to date I cannot get hold of anyone to provide me with it. #WorstService #blackfriday
Once we generate potential insurance options online don’t call to confirm the information your online system has already provided to us. It is redundant and such a waste of time.
I was in a car accident in October 2022. I reported the accident to Hollard who advised I need to go through the broker Brolink. I did that. In January 2023 they said assessment is done I am to book my car in. It took a further 4 weeks before the assessor from Hollard approved the work to be done. All this time I was without a car and I explained that they told me it would only take up to 10 days at the time they took my car and the assessor told me it’s not his problem that now it took longer even though it took him over 21 days to approve the necessary work to be done. I will never recommend this insurer.
