Exactly 10 days after writing a review about the,m, our network is off again. Their technical after hours support is non existent because no one answers their phone.
Theylir service has gonr from bad to work, every week there's issues with the network being off. My complex has been off for 8hrs and they haven't done anything to restore us back.
I placed an order at 2pm and it only got delivered at 7h30pm from Protea Glen mall. Only to find that the order was moved to Maponya Mall. How is it asap if it takes 5hrs? I should have went to the shop my self. Pick n Pay Maponya Mall and Protea Glen deliver orders to Lenasia and Eldorado park 1st and neglect Soweto residents. That why we get our orders 10hrs later, shame on you Pick n Pay. I'm never using you app again
My late sister had a policy and my dad is one of the beneficiary's which they are refusing to pay. My dad had 3 names and one of them is not on his ID and it's the one listed on the policy. I have sent countless evidence and documents to prove that they are 1 and the same person but Liberty is taking me for a run around. I have send marriage certificates, his ID, death certificate, my mom's affidavit proving that he is my late sisters father. They even asked for a birth certificate for someone born in 1981 knowing very well that old birth certificates don't have parents names. They are doing everything in the power not to pay my dad's claim. Shame on Liberty for very poor service. My sister never missed a single debit order and this is how you repay your clients?
I sent an email 2 weeks ago to request for my tax certificate but I got a response a week later saying my email address is wrong which I false. I then decided to ise the WhatsApp number which is useless cos I never sends OTP, I then decided to call their call centre of which I was holding on the line for 52min, mind you I called at 8am. SANLAM customer service is very Poor, I want my tax certificate!
I flew from South Africa-Nairobi - Amsterdam then to Lisbon only for my laggage to be left being in Kenya. I logged a report at the airport when I landed on the 8th of July and till today 10th July they haven't sent my bag to me. My bag was located in Nairobi and was supposed to be sent yesterday to Lisbon but it did not. They decided to send it again today and to land at Lisbon at 11am but it's 14h24 and they can't confirm if the bag was sent from Nairobi or even received. Everytime I call the story changes. I have been wearing the same clothes for the last 4 days, I don't have my chronic medicine and I am already feeling sick. I'M leaving for SA on Friday and I need my bag today. This is the worse service I've ever received in my entire life, I need my Laggage and meds today before something bad happens to me.
I cancelled my car tracker in January through phoning their call centre and it was confirmed that it has been cancelled. now everymonth I get harassed by them calling me telling me that I owe them, I called them and their rude agent tells me that they only do cancellation via email and I must pay before I cancel, pay for what when I don't even have that car anymore? I was told it was cancelled when I called in January now I must pay someone's incopetence. I will never use them even again and won't recommend them
Every week without fail we experience outage issues at our complex. I am going to cancel my contract, I cant take this anymore.
