Veey very bad customer service
I travelled egypt air in October 2025 and my Lagguage got damaged. Immediately lodge a complained.months down the line i still have not been attended to and its frustrating and their customer service is very poor. I would never ever consider using this airline ever again yhe unprofessionalism is completely out of this world.

Affordable and excellent travelling
we recently travelled with my friend to Egypt on AMI Travel. this was the second time using it. We had a wonderful holiday and upgraded to a 5 star hotel. Everything was well organised from flights to airport transfers and hotel. Sharlene was also amazing as usual by always available to make sure everything was smooth sailing. AMI can just improve on communication to their clients but over and above that everything was amazing at a reasonable price. We cannot wait to travel again next year.

Amazing and affordable travel packages.
Travelled with AMI group for a holiday and the experience was amazing. Our agent Sharlene was amazing and made sure our trip was excellent. We have booked our next holiday on their amazing and affordable travel packages and cant wait to travel again in 2025.

Best Holiday and experience with AMI
I just want to put it out there that booking a holiday with AMI was the best decision ever. We had the best experience in Dubai and Bali and everyday activities in both countries, flights, transfers and accommodation for a mere R16800 per person over 8 nights. Over and above how our accounts manager Sharlene went all out to make sure everything is in order for us. She even upgraded the flight tickets for us and was in constant in touch to make sure that everything runs smoothly, thank you Sharlene for all your efforts you made our experience amazing. we will definitely choose AMI for our next holiday trip

Amazing holiday
AMI travel has been amazing. Pre and post departure to our holiday arrangements were on point. Organized everything to the point. We will only use AMI for our holidays going forward. Their agents and team have been absolutely amazing and we enjoying our well planned holiday

Very happy client
Im super impressed with AMI group the most affordable and great client service received from them. We are a group of 6 and purchased a travel package to Dubai and Bali for just les s than R17 000 per person. This affordable package includes flights, return transfers, 4-star hotels accommodation and sight-seeing both countries. Even better we got our flights and hotel upgrades. We cant wait to travel and have the best experience ever. Thanks to the Accounts Manager Sharlene and the contact centre agent Mariame for the exceptional service and support. We received our tickets and we ready to go and thanks to you two, koodos to you. Cant wait to share more our experience soon

ABSA Richards bay consultants terrible customer service
The level of unprofessionalism by Absa Richards Bay Consultants. I visited the branch around 14h00 the consultants complained about being tired and wanting to close the branch then ignored me until i asked if they are willing to assist me. They sent me from pillar to post and still eventually left the branch not assisted which is a completely different service i received in the Boksburg branch. As one of the premium clients I'm very shocked, disappointed by all the bank consultants who avoided at all cost to assist me while chatting to themselves about how tired they are..... I'm definitely considering moving my business elsewhere.

Smammed of my deposit by NATRENT
Natrent are scammers. If you rent any property with them, you will not get your deposit back ever, they will scam and claim that they fixed things that were never broken nor damaged. They told me they fixed a door for R7 250 where in south africa a mere door costs R7 250 to replace and fix. Becareful of using thsi company they are scammers of our monies

Disappointing customer service from VODACOM
Vodacom is the worse when it comes to customer services. I have a fiber account with them for three months now my line is suspended but payment has been made meaning I'm paying for a service i have not utilised. I call their call center 0821904 daily and I'm told it will be resumed after 4 hours and i will be contacted back however none of that ever happens. I regret using their services and will not advise anyone to use

Worse service received
I received the worse service ever. Took a car in for repairs paid about R8 700 but still is not working and each time I call to complain im told the agent is busy and they will get back to me but till now nothing.
