bad experience with this AMI group of company
Extremely bad company I ever come across, these people are lying and they need to be investigated. they are taking people theirs hard earnings money promising lies. I signed an agreement with them on the 7th of February 2023, the deal was, they will find a caregiver job abroad (USA or CANADA) and help me relocate with my family. at the time, they were running a special for the family package . I paid the full amount of R54600 at one of theirs office in RIVONIA. until today, they have never deliver they service to me. worse again, it almost impossible to get in touch of them. they kinder like disappear. changing offices, they do not even answer theirs phone, impossible to contact them via email. in fact this company is a ****. please people do not fall for they advert. on the social media.

I am writing about AMI Group for the third time. The first time l wrote it was a complain of refusal to refund me. Even after they approved a partial refund the money still was not paid. AMI Group is ****ming people and going around writing reviews about them as if they are customers so that they can attract more customers and **** then. The first review l wrote they gave me a call to make a deal that l delete a review then they will pay me of which l did but they never pay me back even after approved payment. This is a company that has a scrupulous address their actual address is at Fourways yet they advertise themselves having offices in No_205 Revonia Village. This is how they ****e, they will sell you a dream and ask you to pay money when you want to travel. They then give you a contract to sign. Once you sign you will never hear from them your money is gone. That's the end of your relationship if you try to demand your money they will ghost you to give up. Im working hard for this company to be investigated and lm going out on all avenues available in the land even legally. They work in the dark it's is not easy to find them but we are working to get them even with their overseas head office to get them to pay back people's money. We not going to leave any stone unturned lm so angry.

Nearly 6 months and still no refund
I was meant to travel in July, and only 3 days before my travel I received an email from Lucinda that there were no available packages. This is despite the fact that I had finalized my payments in March. I was then given the refund option and told that it would take 72hours to reflect since this was AMIs mishap. It has now been 5 FULL MONTHS AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. I have emailed countless countless times pleading for my refund and still nothing. Eventually, I just opted to rebook for the same package and sent an email and WhatsApp message to make a rebooking, yet I was still ignored. There is no option I haven’t exhausted. I have called, texted and emailed for five months now with nothing. I even tried to go to their supposed offices in Sandton- which don’t even exist. I am so heartbroken. What was meant to be an exciting journey as a first time traveler has turned into the most saddening experience. We really just want our refund back now
