Please beware of these people I paid 32000 rands 3 years ago they have not given me my services I once wrote here and they ask me to remove they are fixing the mess but till now they have not I have proof even emails even watsup I have proof they are Tsotsi and ****mer what bores me.they keep quite no response on watsup block me change numbers beware AMI are ****mers

Amazing 5⭐️ experience with Ami Group Travel and Tours! Sharlen, our account manager, was fantastic, super organized and attentive. Our Bali trip felt magical, with beautiful stays at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua and Alila Ubud. We loved excursions to Uluwatu Temple, Tegallalang Rice Terraces, and Nusa Penida. Everything was seamless and surprisingly affordable for such high quality. Highly recommend! 🌍

Amazing 5⭐️ experience with Ami Group Travel and Tours! Sharlen, our account manager, was fantastic, super organized and attentive. Our Bali trip felt magical, with beautiful stays at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua and Alila Ubud. We loved excursions to Uluwatu Temple, Tegallalang Rice Terraces, and Nusa Penida. Everything was seamless and surprisingly affordable for such high quality. Highly recommend! 🌍

This was my second time booking with AMI Travel and Tours, and they exceeded my expectations again. Sharlen, our account manager, was amazing as always, so responsive and detail oriented. This time we explored Dubai, and the experience was unforgettable. We stayed at Atlantis The Palm and Armani Hotel Dubai, both absolutely stunning. Highlights included a desert safari 🐪, Burj Khalifa views, and a luxury marina cruise. Everything was seamless, well-planned, and very affordable for the level of service. Already looking forward to trip #3!

This was my second time booking with AMI Travel and Tours, and they exceeded my expectations again. Sharlen, our account manager, was amazing as always, so responsive and detail oriented. Extremely bad company I ever come across, these people are lying and they need to be investigated. they are taking people theirs hard earnings money promising lies. I signed an agreement with them on the 7th of February 2023, the deal was, they will find a caregiver job abroad (USA or CANADA) and help me relocate with my family. at the time, they were running a special for the family package . I paid the full amount of R54600 at one of theirs office in RIVONIA. until today, they have never deliver they service to me. worse again, it almost impossible to get in touch of them. they kinder like disappear. changing offices, they do not even answer theirs phone, impossible to contact them via email. in fact this company is a ****. please people do not fall for they advert. on the social media.

I was meant to travel in July, and only 3 days before my travel I received an email from Lucinda that there were no available packages. This is despite the fact that I had finalized my payments in March. I was then given the refund option and told that it would take 72hours to reflect since this was AMIs mishap. It has now been 5 FULL MONTHS AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. I have emailed countless countless times pleading for my refund and still nothing. Eventually, I just opted to rebook for the same package and sent an email and WhatsApp message to make a rebooking, yet I was still ignored. There is no option I haven’t exhausted. I have called, texted and emailed for five months now with nothing. I even tried to go to their supposed offices in Sandton- which don’t even exist. I am so heartbroken. What was meant to be an exciting journey as a first time traveler has turned into the most saddening experience. We really just want our refund back now
