I received the worse service ever. Took a car in for repairs paid about R8 700 but still is not working and each time I call to complain im told the agent is busy and they will get back to me but till now nothing.

Jeep Renegade is the worst car with mechanical problems. It had to be fixed/ cleared of lights for low tyre for the 4th time and had to replace some plate underneath the car after I've heard a funny sound when driving. The wrong plate was ordered so I had to take the car back on receipt of the right platewhich was supposed to be a day or two after I sent my car in on the 28 February. To date I have not received any feedback, I've tried to call a few times but no one is able to assist. I've left a message for Shaun, the manager to call me but still no response or feedback from him either!!! The service has just been awful, nightmare!!!! I now cannot drive far because I don't know what else could be a problem. This car is only 44000 case and I bought it brand new, but it's problems :@

I'm really frustrated and annoyed by service I'm getting from New Vaal South (The Glen). I left my car at the dealership on Tuesday at about 12:00, till today it's still not sorted out and nobody bothers to call me if I don't send a follow up email besides Maruleen Do Amaral who was helping me with the insurance. Lizette promised that my car will be ready on Friday, when I called she was not in and the car was still in the same condition. Feedback I got from Llewellyn after submitting my concerning was not solving the problem but defending their pathetic service, he ordered the missing part and they promised that it will be delivered by 15:00 Monday. Monday I sent a follow up at 16:22, Llewellyn responded by \vehicle will be ready tomorrow afternoon on condition we do not have any further unforeseen circumstances and that I can make an EFT so that they'll deliver the car"This morning I paid the shortfall"
