Poor service
I made a call last asking them to combine my policies since I had two policies and both are funeral policy, both they commence 2021 the other in June and other in July. I also write an email requesting them to combine my policies. I'm still waiting for their response. Today I will be made a call and a person I talk said she transferred my call to the relevant department, so I I hang there until my airtime finish.

Unfaithful I and dishonest
I just received a call from the Unlimited not knowing they want me to sell their products, they act as if they are from GEMS MEDICAL Aid, but I just noticed after they send me a contract with premium. We don't have water for more than a year, the worst part of it the is a guy from municipality who came and cut those trees they were planted in front of our home and leave like that, I'm staying at Pilani Ntsika street, the branch is still there in front of my gate, I am very much disappointed and disturb

I am an account holder for more than twenty years with FNB. My concern is how come they allow creditors to take pur money without our mandate, they approve creditors debicheck without our mandate. I am very much disappointed by them allowing creditors to take our money without our approval..

Dishonest and ****MERS
I am very much disturbed, they go to my account without my concern and deduct my money . I am very much disappointed,BLUE LABEL CONNECT IT'S A **** BELIEVE ME NOT. When you want to contact them you won't find them, its very hard to connect with them but they go easy to our account and take our money as they wish

I am very much disappointed and very much disturbed, I bought online glucopro products and I made payment via online, they promise to deliver the next day. Up to this far nothing delivered, they just take me from pillar to post. The medication is for diabetic people
