First contract it was saying they cover phone for R4000 after I lost phone they send new contract now they want to pay R1100 they saying the supplier doesn’t have stock where can I get phone for that amount it is not even half of money I paid them it took them 2 and half months to finalise claim Techsured it is a really ****mer

Vox is a **** I took fibre contract before there deliver I canceled contract someone even called me to confirm cancelation the following day late I received sms that saying my line is activated and router is on the way it was Friday, Monday morning I received call there coming to deliver router I didn't took router I told them I canceled contract so I don't know why they deliver router and then the call me again no you can use it for only one month and canceled it after and then you pay cancelation fee I said no I found the cheapest one the following day I received invoice for free for cancelation R800 something same day there debit my account for cancelation Vox agent are manipulating and ****
All agent of finchoice need training the don't know there work if you have problem there can't solve it there service it is very poor and disgusting
I'm so **** off with rain event there support term I took router which the agreement was to pay R495 march month the took R540 I tried to get clarity send request and call them this month again the took R595 and I can't reverse it because the don't do debit order the do card purchase I won't recommended anyone
