We had an power outage from 15H10 yesterday to 11h00 today. I use Alfred bod. What a piece of *******. Our fault was regestured to a different province. Waisting a lot of airtime I finaly got the number of the zone manager of Margate. Miss Khanyisa Sihlo. I phoned her and to my surprise this woman were awsome in the way she explained and listned to my reasoning. She assisted me by making a new fault log seeing that Alfred was a bit under the weather. Our fault was reseted within the hour of phoning her. She even had the curtesy to phone back after the fault was repaired to ask of everything is now in order. If only Eskom help desk had the same way of doing things this company's review status will go from red to green. I just want to put a recommendation in for Miss Khanyisa Sihlo for her excellent work ethics. Thank you very much for helping our community. God bless you.
I had two muscles in my right arm repaired, as the anesthesiologist Dr Y Vatharajh asked me why I was holding my side, I explained to here that I had the pain for some time. She said I don't have to worry about it, she will put a blocker in the specific place to block the pain for about 3 months while I'm under. When I recovered the first thing I noticed was that the pain I had in my side was gone. Thank you so much Dr Y Vatharajh you don't know what a change you made in my live. Her bedside manners was excellent.
The best service and the best care can only be recieved from the excellent staff and personel from Shelly Beach Hospital. Thwy go out of there way to make you feel comfortable. A big thanks rovall the staff from medical ward and surgical ward. You guys are amasing and always friendly does not matter how some idiots treat you. Well done.
The best service from the surgical ward staff, the catering staff and the theater staff. Dr S van Wyk will be one of the well sought after Surgery specialist soon. Dr M Mabika was excellent as an Cardiologist.
I joined Clientele H.E.L.P a couple of years ago and can only say positive things about this company. I had an issue lately with one of my claims and after some emails and referrals, I have to say that from the CEO, MD, Claims Manager and agents they always treated me with respect and tried their best to resolve the issue to benefit both me and Clientele. This is enough proof to me that this company is the best hospital insurance you will find. From the top of management to the bottom are awesome and friendly people. I use a pay as you go with no contract. I download the Vodacom app and Vodapay zero. This is where tou can use your wallet to pay for a lot of consumables ect. As this is a beta version they are still sorting out some issues like PayPal. I asked for some assistance and was assissted by Mr Ntokozo Geyane. Unfortunately the connection was lost from my sidw..A few moments later I recieved a phone call from Vodapay zero help desk asking if he can assist me in any way. I explained to him my problem and he was very helpful and friendly. That's how a client want to be treated. 3 minutes another person from Vodapay help desk phoned me and asked if I needed any assistance with the App. If this is the type of service you gwt from a beta system then I can not wait for the upgrade. Well done Vodacom You totaly changed my mindset to apply for a contract with Vodacom
With all the scams out there I was nearly caught by buying a toolset from a certain company in the USA. Without doing any research on the product or the company I payed the $79.99 Everything looked legitimate but a week later I tried to contact them through email. The emails was not delivered with a error message that the email doesn't exist. I launched a complaint with PayPal and got a respond back the same day with a tracking number from the supplier. I tried ro track the parcel but every rime the Chinese search engin comes up with parcel not found. Turns out this supplier is somewhere in China. I tried contacting them with the new email Paypal sent without any replies. I submitted an claim through PayPal on the 11 January 2022 and today received my money back and a email from PayPal stating tgat tgey decided to refubd me. PayPal is the best way to purchase overseas. Thanks PayPal I wish more companies like take lot will start using PayPal.
To kick of this year on a positive I would like to give recognition to one of Discovery medical aid workers. SIMANGELE MILLICENT VILAKAZI She was so friendly and helpfull. It is people like her that makes or breaks a company. Thank you very much for great service you provided. Discovery Medical aid is the best.
I only received the best treatment from their customet service department. The people was very friendly and knew what they are doing. They kept their promise as they stated in their t&c. Well done to an excellent team and product.
The people there are awesome and very helpfull. They make it very easy to deposit money but to withdraw your winnings is another story. Please read their fine print in the T&C once you have made your deposit and claimed a reward you are surely going to loose your money. Thus if you want to play their great games rather do it for fun than trying to make money. After I claimed a reward of 350% for R200 deposit I won R4000. I tried to cash out but was prevented by a pre condition that I had to play back R28000 before I was allowed to do a withdrawal. I ypped my bets and kept on playing. After about 2 days I managed to playback R28000. I had R4000 left so I decided to withdraw R3000. After that the withdrawal process started by requesting a copy of my ID. All my babking details inclu**** the street address of the bank, some bank codes that you can only find on the banks web sight. Then there was the phonecall from ZAR Casino with a very friendly person ensuring you are the correct client. I wad informed that the funds will take a few days to reflect in my account. So I waited. After a view days I received R2000 into my account instead of R3000. I sent ZAR Casino a email requesting what went wrong. Their reply was that I ised my winbings from a Bonus and I can only receive R2000 as per their T&C the pther R1000 was redeemed as lost.
