What an experience and peace of mind I had with UCT, what a great results my daughter got at the end of her matric, she is now at WITS studying Audiology, thank you UCT for professional and quality education you provided my daughter right in my house. I am so grateful about the decision I took to register my daughter with UCT about 4 years ago, it really paid off very well. Thank you.
So I went to snatcher online to purchase a SONOFF Zigbee 3.0 USB ****le Plus - ZB****le-P model, so that I can flash it with necessary software to allow my devices connectivity, but the wrong model ZB****le-E was delivered. When I received the ****le I assumed it is what I ordered, and put the ****le on my computer to flash it with the software, then after flashing I discovered issues, when I checked the ****le it is not the model I ordered. Now snatcher say they can not assist me because I used the ****le, I am punished for not checking the ****le is what I ordered, they do not punish themselves for not checking they are sending me what I ordered. Thats not fair. I believe they made a mistake by sending me the wrong version, they can not punish me for not checking if the model is correct. These two devices are exactly the same by the look of an eye, only when you read the small text you see the model is E instead of P. Whoever made the mistake by sending me the wrong model must pay for it.
Since 24 May 2022, I am not getting any help from vodacom customer services I have been sent from this dep. to this dep. I really need help. This is very poor customer service
I have applied for Fibre from MWEB, waiting 2 months without any action, I cancelled the order and then applied to Accelerit, within 3 days I have received a router but now I cant use my Fibre because MWEB wont release the line, they say it will take a month to be release and is their processes, I am not stacked without internet service which they could not provide to me, they are holding my line for what ? When they could not provide me with the service ?
Great IT expertise, quick resolution of issues, always up and running and cheaper compared to my previous host. I am happy with the service, would really recommend HostAfrica.
BMW Customer service failed me when the lockdown started, submitted all documents requested to get some assistance regarding lost of salary, I am sitting for the last three months thinking all is good, boom collection department want my car, no interest in assisting me make arrangements, after being loyal to BMW for years, had 5 BMW car accounts, I always thought when you approach your creditors for help you show responsibility, I will not take their option to surrender my cars, sorry. Nedbank is so understanding with the situation but BMW something is wrong there, unless this is your scheme to make money.
I have been promised that the extras I never applied for, will be removed from my landline account, until today nothing has been done,<br> <br> Let me tell you Telkom, I am not paying for these extras and you dare suspend my line.<br> <br> I have been complaining since last year, this year I was called and told only the landline and my emails are active, but the bill comes with extra I dont even know what are they.<br> <br> Please sort out my account,<br> <br> Regards<br> Bafana<br>
I am frastrated with telkom departments, sales and accounts, I cancelled a service - sales say it is cancelled, but accounts see it as active, they keep on sending me to each department, no one can assist me with proper answers.<br> <br> Worse I never applied for the service included in my account, the lady by the name of Sumi Naidoo even dropped the call because I must listen to them, they dont understand my frastration, keeps on say call accounts, then accounts say call sales.<br> <br> Telkom is a big company to treat customers like this.<br> <br> I need help ASAP.<br>
Case No.: 17049672 was logged last week Friday and was promised that it will be attended ASAP but until today it is still not being attended.<br> <br> Everytime I call the callcentre they dont know what is happening,<br> <br> My business is affected badly and seems like no one is will to assist me at Telkom.
