Unfortunately there is no option to give negative ratings here. BMW financial services has got to be one of the most frustrating and *********** businesses in the country. They cannot get their accounts correct, they cannot process debit orders efficiently and they most certainly jump to conclusions before validating their records. i have been up to date on my account for month now and it was all due to their inefficiency to correct a debit order. They have been debiting my account and their portal shows that my account is up to date yet i keep getting calls from a collection agency requesting payment and i must provide proof that i paid .

My vehicle finance account was settled in full and the consultant called me and confirmed they have received the settlement on 28 April 2026. However, despite settlement, the monthly instalment amount was still deducted from my account. I wrote them an email this morning requesting refund, they told me the account is settled but I will get my refund after 14 days. When I ask the consultant will I receive interest on my refund for 14 days. She told me no and I need to wait 14 days. I don’t mind waiting 14 days but I have to earn interest while waiting.

I found out that I was overcommitted due to a non-existent BMW Finance R3 023 712 deal or account that was picked up or provided to Experian, which I miraculously have with them. I have been in communication with BMW Finance for almost a month and have interacted with 4 customer service reps thus far: Sibonakaliso, Mbali (who managed to assist by requesting a manual amendment with the bureaus), Mikayla or Michaela, and, lately, Senzo. Experian has since requested someone from BMW Finance to provide the correct open balance (or R0) by manually resubmitting via the CBA portal. To this day, there has been no response from anyone at BMW Finance, despite my several calls and emails. Customer service sends me to legal, legal to late payments, late payments to dealers’ support, and the cycle starts again.

Request your car registration papers as soon as it is paid up to avoid disappointments. I was told submit proof of last Payment which was 11 years ago(2015). No summons or judgment ever against me. Two cars financed simultaneously but they say one is 11 years in areas. JUST A WARNING. GET YOUR DOCUMENTS AS SOON AS ACCOUNT IN PAID IN FULL, BECAUSE THEY WILL NEVER BOTHER TO GIVE YOU CAR REGISTRATION PAPERS UNLESS YOU REQUEST.

BMW Finance does not care a bit about their customers. Think VERY careful before you buy a car from them. I had 4 cars that was financed via BMW financial services. When I lost my income this year - I had to sell my M240 x-drive and settle the outstanding fees. I reached out for assistance and was told - up yours. Pay up. Now I am out of money and trying to establish a business, but they refused to assist with the with the M135. Same answer, we don't care. I offered to pay R 11 000 pm which was rejected. So my warning is this - they will NOT help and they don't care. Buy at your own risk

Treatment from BMW financial appalling. I have an account with them, had my car repossessed due to 2.5 months worth of outstanding installments. I offered to pay double the outstanding amount, I got rejected. I did not car about the car anymore. After auction now the shortfall, I made a settlement offer, I spoke to a guy by the name of Conrad. For a month now he kept saying I will escalate, after 4 follow ups still have not escalated. If they offer finance from them, REFUSE AND RUN as fast as you can.
