Vault 22 (used to be 22/7) was a great app that would automatically pull transactions from any account, automatically categorise all transactions, and would allow a great, quick view over transactions, performance of investments, some nice spending reports. For the last 2 months or so they started a complete rework of the app, and have now managed to mess this up so completely that it's no longer of any use. The app hasn't been able to reliably pull the information from places like Allan Gray, and I'm not able to see what's going on with my investments via the app. In a time of great global turmoil, that's pretty disastrous. Please fire whoever did this utterly horrible rewrite, and bring back the original system.
My contract had run out, and since I wanted to have a cheaper contract, I went to a nearby Vodacom shop (Vodacom Chatz). I explained that I wanted to have a cheaper contract (currently 435 pm, I wanted to have a contract advertised for 199 pm). The agent said he couldn't give me the exact contract, but could give me something with the same monthly minutes and data. He told me this would cost me 271 pm, so I agreed, When I checked on the app the next day, my new contract is now 473 PM. Vodacom doesn't allow anyone to deal with an issue over email or their pathetic AI chatbot. Vodacom has now managed to severely disappoint me for about the 5th contract renewal in a row (10 years). I'll now go out of my way to move to another service provider.
Our fibre cable from Herotel broke 4 days ago, we reported it immediately. Up to now I've been calling multiple times a day, the (friendly) helpdesk staff tell me the call is with the scheduling department. They then try to connect me, or they try to call the scheduling department themselves, and neither ever succeeds. So I'm without internet and I'm relying on this, since I work exclusively from home. Nobody comes back, I've got no idea of the status, no idea if anyone ever will come and fix it. There's no way to escalate this or speak to a manager. Their complaints email goes unanswered. This for a service that costs me 750 a month is absolutely atrocious.
Their website asks for lots of detail for the car I was selling, then a follow up call with even more detail. The live view of the auction is fun and exciting. I got an offer that was acceptable, accepted it, and got the details for the dealer. The next day I met the dealer, he inspected the car, and I got paid the full amount then and there in my bank account. I got a follow up call from Weelee straight after. Well done, people!
Juandre was a great help. Very happy with the car, and the quality of service
