After updating the app, some of my accounts disappeared, others do not update. I reported it many time, but with to positive outcome. It appears that Vault22 is not interested in supporting this service anymore.

wow.. talk about if it ain't broke DON'T FIX it. I have been using 22seven since 2018. Then it changed to Vault22 and fine, that was ok. But now - i don't know who asked them to make all these changes. I wanted an app to track my finances and help with my budgetting. Now, most of my transactions don't update. I am missing so much information about my spending habits and all it is doing is pushing investment products! LIKE NO! I don't want your investment products. I WANT AN APP to track my spending. So infuriating.

Vault 22 (used to be 22/7) was a great app that would automatically pull transactions from any account, automatically categorise all transactions, and would allow a great, quick view over transactions, performance of investments, some nice spending reports. For the last 2 months or so they started a complete rework of the app, and have now managed to mess this up so completely that it's no longer of any use. The app hasn't been able to reliably pull the information from places like Allan Gray, and I'm not able to see what's going on with my investments via the app. In a time of great global turmoil, that's pretty disastrous. Please fire whoever did this utterly horrible rewrite, and bring back the original system.

Full of bugs and I've reached out on nearly every platform I could find them on, including the in-platform reporting method. They've responded to nothing. They've had a couple of updates to the platform but the bugs just keep increasing. The team working on this app must be vibe-coding and they suck at it.

I've been using Vault22 for a while now and genuinely invested in the platform. With 12 connected accounts and a Financial Fitness Score of 800/1000, I'm not a casual user — I rely on this tool to manage my financial life seriously. That's exactly why the recent changes have been so frustrating. Several features I depended on have simply disappeared, with no communication, no announcement, and no warning: Transaction descriptions — I used to be able to add custom notes to transactions to track context and spending decisions. Gone. Account nicknames — I had all my accounts labelled in a way that made sense to me. That customisation has been removed. Manual account sorting — Being able to organise my accounts my way was essential. Now it auto-sorts, and I've lost control of my own dashboard layout. Custom categorisation — The flexibility to organise my financial data the way I think about it has been significantly reduced. What makes this worse isn't just the lost functionality — it's the silence around it. The platform evolves, features disappear, and users aren't kept in the loop. When I raised these issues, I received generic, boilerplate responses that didn't address my specific complaints. It felt like my feedback went into a void. A newer version of a product should have more capability, not less. Functionality regression is a real problem, and for engaged users it's genuinely painful. I still believe in what Vault22 is trying to do, which is why I'm taking the time to write this. But I need the team to hear this: users who actually engage with the platform depend on these features. Please restore them — and please communicate with your users when things change.

Having had a wonderful experience using 22Seven (now Vault22) for several years, I now cannot get anyone to help with my account. The system says I will receive an email which will allow me to reset my Password. No email arrives. When I write to them I receive lovely, friendly automated responses. Nothing happens! This has been going on for weeks and weeks!!!

Terrible support, I have an issue linking an account and when I sent an email to support they were unhelpful in their response. I have sent 6 follow up emails with 0 response. My issue is still not resolved and I have been trying for 3 weeks. The linking of accounts is a constant issue and tedious process
