DISCOVERY BANK
I have a saving account with Discovery Bank, since December 2025 I’m receiving sms. (Discovery Bank: FINAL WARNING Your vitality benefits MUST be cancelled today. click on` https://go.ly/skgsa and update your account by 11:50) I transferred money into my account to update it, someone calls me and says she is from Discovery and ask me to accept the call , while I was logged in on the app, and then tells me to select a certain product for R899. And select purchase. My quick thinking I didn’t do what she requested, and I removed all the funds I had there. This is the 4th sms and it comes with a link. PLEASE BE CAREFUL OF ****MERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I sent an email to Isabella Garcia to stop my debit order, and they still debited my account. I have sent numerous emails and till date they never responded. I had to close my account of 25years for them to stop debiting. Very bad service and customer care.

Unhappy customer
I bought at laptop on the 5 April 2021 in games pavilion and on the 4th July 2021 it stopped working, on the 5th I took it to games and I explained to them what had happened, im running a business I use my laptop 24/7 it's not my fault it stopped working, so they told me maybe it fell or something of that sort, I said nothing like that happened, so I said please give me another laptop, they said no it has to go in for repairs first, so I said fine, they didn't consider that I had work to do. And I don't think they even cared, and I paid 8000 for that laptop, I even told the lady at customer care that I will complain about games, I don't think in the future I will ever support games again..very unhappy customer.
