Excellent Service Beiersdorf NOELENE FELDON
Would like to absolutely commend and compliment NOELENE FELDON , consumer affairs manager at Beiersdorf. She went out of her way to replace 2 expired nivea products for my dad purchased almost 3 month's ago and without a receipt. THANK YOU SO MUCH NOELENE.

Excellent customer service
I have been buying Labello products for 15 years and the past few months it has a mouldy smell to it. I emailed Beiersdorf and together with an apology i received a little hamper with my favourite variants of Labello products. Excellent customer service . Thank you

Impressive service
Brilliant service by the company. I had a complaint about one of their skincare products, which I logged on Facebook Messenger. Within hours I had a response, saying I would be contacted. This happened promptly and the concern was addressed in a really nice way. Thank you to Noelene and Beiersdorf for their great service.

Impressive service

Bad reaction from the product
My wife bought this package worth over R1000 for facial product from Eucerin skin product. The product white suppose to be for sensitive skin people. WithIn two days my wife got a horrible skin reaction and she called the company to complain all she got is five page complain for to fill and no return opportunity. <br> <br> That Eucerin product is no good for sensitive skin ppl. The helpline help with nothing other than to send you forms to fill
