Unable to speak to a consultant . No option to choose a consultant only self help options highly irritating. Bought a sim card rica'd it . Inserted it into a device and prompts say not Rica'd . Check slip it says Rica'd . Now what to i do ??????????????
I was charged twice for an item at gateway . 1 quick email and ntobeko contacted me , gave me refund options and after i chose the eft he immediatley went to an atm and sorted it out as i couldn't go back to the store . Excellent customer service excellent people s****s and quick solutions
Unresolved issues over a week ago promised a call back amd nothing given case numbers no leads being invoiced fraudently
After having a vehicle financed by Absa we settled the amount 5 months ago and till today being billed for a car thats fully paid off. The bank refuses to change ownership or stop invoicing.spoke to a guy named leslie he was extremely helpful and asked us to speak to the legal department to rectify the issue . After a hour wait calls are unanswered .pathetic and fraudulent bank
Review on behalf of Mr MS Moolla .On 21 Feb 2019 a service was booked for a toyota corolla . Upon arrival he was informed the service isnt booked due to incompetent staff .The service was half done , a nail was lodged in the tyre which neither was he informed about neither was it removed on the pretense that they needed authorisation, wheels werent rotated , the wiper blades were in need of replacement and once again wasnt done as they needed authorisation ... No call was made to inform him and when he went to fetch the vehicle they informed him they left the nail in as they couldn't do it without his permission. The car was returned unwashed as well. A lady by the name of Shanene Davids called the next day and upon complaining he was told to fetch a voucher from them for the car wash . No feedback was given on any faults and they basically left all faults as is because they did not receive any authorisation.
No joybwith scame network . Consultants are making false promises, lying and conning till today .
Ongoing bad experiance with Cellc . After repeatedly trying to con my dad they still have the nerve to steal all his airtime on 2 occasions and suspend his prepaid line. Palesa promised us the issue is resolved yet cell c still is adamant to milk pensioners dry . Stealing all benefits wasnt enough now all his airtimes being stolen every month .useless network with useless staff
Due to circumstamces changing i requested a cancellation of my debit order its been over a month amd still no correspondence. When they want to take your money they quick to call a million times. Please dont sign up at malls fr this initiative.
If you are wasting your money and time by purchasing nappys at dischem for the 10th free please stop. After 4 months of no vouchers despite buying nappys every 2 weeks i enquired at the atrium branch . I was told i reached my 10th and a voucher will be sent a voucher , 1 week later nothing ... i purchased another pack and decided to email. The reply was im currently only on my 9th pack . How did i jump back 2 packs. This is clearly a ploy to not give the 10th free . Its so annoying as i was purchasing at a slightly higher price knowing a free pack is worth it in the end. Will definatley be taking my business elsewhere
Cell c atrium till now cant accept they are in the wrong . They cleverly duped my elderly dad to upgrade when he didnt want to by lying about the month in which his contract expires. Upon calling a useless customer service call centre he was duped into upgrading to 'save' on paying for 25 months. Call c you are pathetic.
