6736703345 order was placed in December on Tuesday 7 January promised to ship in 2 to 3 days and today 9 January the same answer by the look of things this company does not care at all see all the negative reviews
this import shipment i bought on ebay is becoming a nightmare, having to pay vat and duties twice etc etc calling them is not possible takes long to reply
Terrible experience ordered 3 plants with bowl, was charged for 3 deliveries also a bonsai in the photo was beautiful but what we received was a twig!

no updates every week there is a problem no updates and days without fibre despite SLA etc!
third time calling call centre and i am told account suspended in 2011
every time you in distress they say your account is suspended!
****MERS DAILY CALLING AND THREATENING TO BLACKLIST AND SAY WE OWE MONEY TO MTN, WE CALLED MTN AND THERE IS NOW MONEY OWING DAILY CALLS AND SMS AND THREATS OF BLACKLISTING UNLESS WE PAY HOW DO WE SOLVE?
Terrible service i have been battling for 3 months to get my ikhokha flyer working , have been writing to [email protected] and no resolution yet, even writing to support still no results i was asked to pay an amount for a new charger and at the same time i ordered the rolls of paper mor than 10 days and no reply and nobody cares to repy either
