It is very disappointing that Legae Funerals (Sopema) offers a courtesy vehicle as an additional benefit to assist families during funerals, yet the service creates more stress during an already difficult time. When taking out the policy, I clearly explained that the extended family members covered are based in a rural area. Sadly, the courtesy vehicle arrangement only allows the car for 3 days, with no option to extend the booking even at an additional cost. We were constantly told that Avis would not allow any extension, and we were even threatened that if the vehicle was not returned before 12 noon, it would be reported as ******. My husband had to drive 14 hours just to return the car on time. Unfortunately, we forgot the boot cover at home, but we immediately communicated that we would return it on Tuesday morning. Throughout this process, Takalani Lusunzi, the consultant we dealt with, came across as very self-centered and did not show empathy or balance the interests of both the claimant and the client relationship. Despite this negative experience, I would like to sincerely thank Alessandro , who was very understanding, patient, and professional throughout the process. He made the return of the vehicle smooth and treated us with respect during a difficult time. Overall, I am really unhappy with the experience and believe Legae Funerals can improve greatly in how they handle and support grieving families.
Since 3rd of November I have been requesting for second line I have paid but till date I am told the first line is still not cleared how are they linking the 2 because I have paid for 2 second yet they have details of 1st line owner Afrihost is ISP but they can’t get hold of Vuma worse Vuma is not reachable only this ****en WhatsApp line. Baphney called till today no response Skhumbuzo is saying there’s no number to call. They are very quick to call for new sales but never reachable.
3June 2023 Tebogo borrowed money from us after buying a house from me and my husband, we borrowed him money till date he has never paid us it been over a year being patient with him and his empty promises but it very clear he have no intention of paying us the money as per agreement. Worse his business is being advertised on @Jozi FM while he’s busy borrowing money and doesn’t pay back.

I did an upgrade with retentions department. Gugu helped me but she was shouting me when i explained to her that I dont like the device. I have been trying to hold MTN retentions Buhle she was shouting me. She is the one who assisted to do the upgrade. instead of allowing to explain myself she preferred to transfer to her supervisor. Her tone of voice I didn't appreciate.
My online booking was for 22H00 from Parkstation to Durban we waited for 22h00 till 23H30 no communication and in the Que we were with people who were booked for 17H00, long story short we were told to go out park station to ride a Citiliner bus to Durban. From Durban to Johannesburg same story the bus was also late took Greyhound we left Durban station 23H30 the bus got lost, Bus driver didn't know where parkstation is one of the passengers helped to navigate when we arrived in park Station the driver was told not to inside because the bus doesn't have permit.
Worse service ever not organized Buses always delayed n there's no communication.
Worst service my parcel was supposed to be delivered on Thursday that didn't happen. Friday I track my parcel I am told the reason for the driver to not deliver is that he run out time. Even on Friday Theo said will email the agent to speak to the driver for delivery to be done Friday 20 August today 23rd I call in I am told the car tht is supposed to be delivered today had a breakdown it's still during operations hours but they confirmed the delivery won't be possible. I am told to wait for their call.
