Soweto home buyers the best.
Nakhensa eka Tebogo Chungza, he helped us with my grandfather estate after we’ve been struggling for 2 years to sell our house, he came viewed the property and gave us an offer after we accepted it bought the house and did the estate. The attorneys where also helpful and sent communication throughout the process. Im really grateful and will always recommend them

Beware of the the Soweto home buyers
3June 2023 Tebogo borrowed money from us after buying a house from me and my husband, we borrowed him money till date he has never paid us it been over a year being patient with him and his empty promises but it very clear he have no intention of paying us the money as per agreement. Worse his business is being advertised on @Jozi FM while he’s busy borrowing money and doesn’t pay back.

Beware of the the Soweto home buyers
3June 2023 Tebogo borrowed money from us after buying a house from me and my husband, we borrowed him money till date he has never paid us it been over a year being patient with him and his empty promises but it very clear he have no intention of paying us the money as per agreement. Worse his business is being advertised on @Jozi FM while he’s busy borrowing money and doesn’t pay back.

A standing ovation for Soweto Home Buyers.
A thousand salutes to Soweto Home Buyers. I had bought a flat in Braamfontein and I desperately needed it sold because I couldn’t afford it anymore. The staff and the agents were extremely helpful both the transferring and mortgage lawyers were great, efficiency and professionalism were their mandate especially one agent by the name Tebogo David Chungza. What strikes me most about this gentleman was his confidence throughout the whole process. Even when I was in dispair because of finances he suggested alternative means to accumulate funds and he was not deterred. He explained the procedures and helped me find a buyer and within 2 days of listening I had 6 viewings scheduled and the property was sold in two months it was transferred in to the new owners name.

Best Property investors ekasi
This guys know their story, i highly recommend them, especially when it comes to deceased estates. I sold my two dad properties to them and I'm happy with their service. Tebogo and thabiso are the best

This guys know their story, i highly recommend them, especially when it comes to deceased estates. I sold my two dad properties to them and I'm happy with their service. Tebogo and thabiso are the best

Great service
Great Service. The buying process took longer but was at least updated through out. Tebogo was also available after sale till to date when we had further enquiries regarding the property. Looking forward to more deals!

Sold our house to them after seeing their Ad on facebook, the service was professional even though it took a month longer than what they said. Not satisfied with their office, its too small with no privacy but service is good and professional

Im happy with the service i received, i was a 1st time home buyer and didn’t have money for transfer cost and bond cost which was about R45 000, Tebogo with his company paid for us the money of which after registration of the house we had to take a (personal loan) to pay them back. It’s been 3 weeks since we moved in, we had a problem with the geyser and roof leak in the main bedroom we went to their office in Dobsonville to report the matter, they come to fix it. I will definitely recommend them anytime especially for first time home buyers
