Online Payment made on mid October to SHEIN via OZOW for goods ordered. Payment was processed and taken from my Credit Card. Queried SHEIN why no goods were delivered (via website - no personal interaction). SHEIN advised to contact OZOW their payment portal. SHEIN ticket = GAZTKWF5AKPSMDL. Contacted OZOW, their web/whatsapp messaging Robot is useless... again left a message on their website... OZOW advised that I should contact SHEIN to get a refund from SHEIN. Contacted SHEIN again. Ticket = GAZTKWKQPNT76BK SHEIN advised no payment was received from OZOW and I must contact my bank. No help from SHEIN or OZOW but they happy to take your cash. 20+ days after placed order on Shein for R731-00 was paid from my Credit Card and I still have no money and no goods. Be WEARY of online trading with SHEIN and OZOW.

Still have not received refund on software that when I approached Corel to validate its authenticity Corel indicated is pirate [Corel #5211859 - The serial number DE24R68-BXCEW62-E6J6JY4-5GGUDXY is not a Corel generated serial number. COREL advised. We regret to inform you that you may have been the victim of piracy and purchased a software license which was not issued by Corel or a licensed reseller of our software. Have requested refund multiple times from G2A.com who always advise their provider has processed the credit card refund and then stop communication. Have mailed them to get the refund, no help whatsover. Be aware of the software they sell.

We run a business. 20+years with Telkom. We were advised by Telkom to upgrade and we have fibre in our central town business district. Which they never had. So we pay R4k a month "Landline" and R2k a month "LTE" for VOIP SIP telephone lines which use LTE and data on LTE. LTE never worked. They came and went and blamed loadshedding and everything else. I personally spoke/contacted more than ~20 people in Telkom by mail,voice and shop visits and am still waiting for feedback. They hide behind 10217 and 102... and online customer services...So we used VOX LTE Fibre which they installed from scratch digging in fibre and MTN LTE as subsitutes.... and they Worked 10/10!!!! Telkom asked why you cancelling your LTE and why do you want to port your numbers? If we had to run our business asTelkom does, with no customer service - we would be bankrupt.
Sureswipe / Adumo provided credit card payment services to our business since 2015. Initially under Sureswipe, their service was good and they provided very low interest rates on card credit and debit card transactions. From the time they became ADUMO, their service is extremely poor, they charge irresponsible and irrational penalties and change the signed agreement however they choose to suite their needs. When queried regarding the extra charges they offer rebates but add charges and imply the agreement has changed. Customer services have no idea what a customer is. I recommend that any business using Sureswipe / ADUMO credit card system critically review their agreements and contracts and ensure that their billing is correct and review their services, costs and penalties. I am in dispute, and intend going to the Ombudsman.
After many years being with them, I have had enough of their very poor service and have moved on. I have got better insurance at better value at less price. Over ~18+ years I have had - 3 burst geyser claims - 2 were settled as required 1 was a fight - 3 Storm claims (hail damage) what a process to get my damages repaired or settles - had to beg and then repudiate my rights, I have always had to fight with them and then after long times settles for less and then beg them to finalise it. Just not worth it. I have the history to prove their ineptitude. I have been patient, given them a more than one chance to just do what they should do and replace storm damage claims. I have never stopped my payment or requested more than what was damaged. My advice - do not worry about changing your insurer, change earlier than later as they are just not worth it. Ripp-Off of note.
