I’m writing to express my disappointment with the lack of transparency and communication regarding my electricity account. Yesterday I topped up R150. This morning I had no electricity due to a -R350 balance on the account. When I called, I was told this deduction was likely because water charges for March and April were not billed at the time. A few weeks ago, we received an email and SMS stating that water charges for an earlier period would be deducted from available credit, and I saw those units deducted. However, I received no prior warning or statement for the current deduction, and there’s no supporting evidence showing how this balance arose. This leaves me concerned about whether billing is being app**** correctly and on time. During a period when many households are under financial strain, unexpected deductions without notice create real hardship. I request that you: Provide a detailed statement showing how the -R350 balance was calculated, including dates and service types. Confirm whether proper notice was issued before the deduction. Review the account for any billing errors and restore power while this is investigated. Please treat this as urgent. I expect a written response with supporting documentation within 24hrs.
The experience was worse than expected. The booking process is the worst i have ever come across as it doesnt work properly and nobody responds to the chat box. The lady at the front desk has the worst attitude as she constantly argued with me when i raised the point that the chat system is not so efficient. She went on to say they have a 48 hr response time which is unheard of for a spa and very shocking!! To make it worse we were told to bring 2 towels each because they are eco friendly and there is no option to use their towels. Because we didnt have the towels we were forced to go and buy the towels at a nearby mall as they sell towels at very unreasonable prices - ******ion at its highest form!! If the owner of the spar is into making money by selling spa merch they better close the spa business down!
I have been trying to place a two pot withdrawal since last week and i am not happy with how all of a sudden there is glitches and reasons not to place a withdrawal. Firstly, i wasn't even able to view my portfolio and a tech query was logged and resolved. After that i tried again to place a withdrawal on the website and an error saying my personal details are missing so i cannot place a withdrawal. I queried this and it was resolved that there is no personal details missing and this was escalated again to help desk. Today a lady by the name Chamese Gani responds to my query and says that they need a south African ID because i have a foreign passport on record? How is this reason even valid? when i created this portfolio why did they accept a foreign passport in the first place? this is the highest level of ************** and i will not rest till justice is served by the ombuds!!

I bought the polaroid watch at dischem sea point under the impression that it works almost like an apple watch though not exactly the same. The back of the watch says water resistant and there is a swimming sport mode there. I swam with the watch thinking this is water resistant as per engraving on the back of the watch. I tried to return the watch for a refund or replacement and this was denied?! They say its water proof not resistant?! The device and the terms and conditions surely are contradicting each other and i as the customer has to suffer the consequences? Polaroid SA please do better

Good day Trust you are well. When i joined back in 2022 Dec i was told i would get a bag when they are back in stock. To date i havent received the bag and my membership has expired and now on a month to month contract. The person who signed me up has since left the gym. As a loyal member of virgin active i feel like i was short changed here. I am requesting that you look into it as i was really looking forward to a gym bag. I have two referrals but i wont refer them if all they are going to get are empty promises from me. Sent emails a week ago no response. Followed up and no response again. So customer complaints or queries dont matter Cindie Otto since u are the general managervm?
Good day My account is in arrears by R181 rand but telkom tries to debit this amount plus my normal debit due before my normal debit order date? How does this happen and who signed for this debit order date? The arrears amount is not supposed to debit together with my instalment due end of month!! Now who is going to cover the penalty fees of this debit order that bounced?? Just because i am in arrears then i must get debited of my normal amount due before the due date??! I have been using paxi for years now with my wife but their service seems to deteriorate each time we use them. Parcels take way longer than usual to be delivered and when they are delayed there is no update??! Looking at using other service providers out there.
