The most common complaint about Coco Vogue, based on Hellopeter's AI analysis of recent customer reviews, is Product Quality & Treatment Results. Treatment quality is highly inconsistent. Customers report rushed sessions ending early, painful massages despite pressure requests, hygiene concerns including dirty oil bottles and reused wash rags, faded microblading results, and skipped treatments such as back scrubs and mud wraps that were paid for.

I would strongly advise against visiting Coco Vogue. My mother, sister and I booked a Hyperli deal for a classic manicure and classic pedicure, and the experience was honestly shocking from start to finish. Firstly, I arrived with normal nail polish (not gel) on my nails and was told I would be charged an additional R50 just to remove it. Then we were informed that adding nail polish/paint to the manicure and pedicure would cost another R200 extra. Since when does a “classic manicure and pedicure” not include paint? But the real issue is the damage done to my nails and cuticles. My nails were filed down so aggressively on top that they are now covered in dents and have become paper-thin and extremely weak — almost as though I had worn gel nails continuously for years. Everything burns now because of how damaged and sensitive my nails and cuticles are. It will likely take multiple repair treatments to get them healthy again. To make matters worse, after cutting my cuticles to the point of bleeding, acetone was app**** to the wounds to stop the bleeding. The burning was unbearable. I should have known the Hyperli deal was too good to be true, but I genuinely did not expect such poor workmanship and damage. I honestly would not recommend this salon even if the service were free. The condition my nails are in afterwards is unacceptable. Extremely disappointing experience.

Good day With the bad weather conditions we currently experiencing i have ask to reschedule my appointment i have for the 10th May at your place ... the lady called Siwo just bluntly told me for rescheduling it will cost R250 per person ... which I feel is unfair taking into the consideration of the weather and safety of the clients... I would like to have my appointment rescheduled. She was very unprofessional

Here’s a sharper, more cutting version—still clean enough for Google, but it hits hard: --- ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star) If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place is an absolute **** disguised as a spa experience. I booked a birthday massage for my sister and me through Wikideal, received confirmation, and arrived expecting a relaxing treatment. Instead, we walked straight into chaos. On arrival, we were told we needed to bring our own towels—something buried in fine print. Who brings towels to a professional massage? We were then given two ridiculous options: pay R250 per towel (we needed four), or cancel and rebook at an extra R250 per person. Either way, they squeeze more money out of you. We were not the only ones—there were multiple people (at least 9) arguing the exact same issue. That alone tells you everything. This is clearly a deliberate setup, not a misunderstanding. The owner’s attitude was the final straw: rude, defensive, and completely unwilling to take responsibility. Instead of resolving the situation, she escalated it. We left without the service and lost R600. No apology, no accountability—just a blatant cash grab. Avoid at all costs. The worst experience do not waste your time

I bought wikideals for me and 3 friends, it has been a horrible experience for us just to book. We have not been able to get any day scheduled. Every time we try to call, its the same thing and the wikideal will expire at the end of this month..

I had a very disappointing experience at Coco Vougue. I booked a full body massage and, upon arrival, was assigned a male the******. As I was not comfortable with this, I politely requested a female the****** instead. To my surprise, I was told that I would need to pay extra to change my appointment. This was never communicated at the time of booking, and I found it completely unreasonable — especially given that the****** preference can be a matter of personal comfort. The lack of understanding and flexibility in this situation was extremely disappointing. I ultimately chose to leave rather than proceed under those conditions. Unfortunately, this experience has left a very negative impression, and I would not return or recommend this establishment.
