Here’s a sharper, more cutting version—still clean enough for Google, but it hits hard:

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star) If I could give 0 stars, I would.
This place is an absolute **** disguised as a spa experience. I booked a birthday massage for my sister and me through Wikideal, received confirmation, and arrived expecting a relaxing treatment. Instead, we walked straight into chaos.
On arrival, we were told we needed to bring our own towels—something buried in fine print. Who brings towels to a professional massage? We were then given two ridiculous options: pay R250 per towel (we needed four), or cancel and rebook at an extra R250 per person. Either way, they squeeze more money out of you.
We were not the only ones—there were multiple people (at least 9) arguing the exact same issue. That alone tells you everything. This is clearly a deliberate setup, not a misunderstanding.
The owner’s attitude was the final straw: rude, defensive, and completely unwilling to take responsibility. Instead of resolving the situation, she escalated it.
We left without the service and lost R600. No apology, no accountability—just a blatant cash grab.
Avoid at all costs.
The worst experience do not waste your time
