On Thursday the 28th of march at (14:05:39) i won R1030.40 in the game Thor Hammer time but then the website went offline and when it came back online my winnings were not credited to my account. When I view my spin history it shows the winnings and I can even watch the reply of the money won but it still hasn't been added to my balance. I have sent an email to support@betway and after hours of waiting talked to someone on the chat support who was unable to help or provide a reason.
Placed an order on 18th of August, still says processing on the website and have sent multiple emails trying to find out where my order is and try to cancel and get a refund but haven't received any response as of yet.
False adverising. They openly claim you can win 2million rand with their free spins which they offer however it's impossible to win that amount as the free spin bet is only 20c and even in the terms they state that the maximum winnings from the free spins is R999.
Useless! Have spent the whole day on the phone trying to resolve a mistaken fraud case which has been withdrawn but cant seem to get through to lucille graham who apparently is the person who can resolve this. My account has been frozen and im unable to purchase food or petrol.
Vodacom shake everyday is a scam and complete rip-off! But i have found so many reviews saying the same thing. So many people experiencing the same thing. Ive won puzzle pieces with most shakes but now that i need only 1 piece to complete all the puzzles i only win useless data for 1 day and smoothies and gift vouchers which turn out to be invalid when trying to redeem them. I shook at least 70 times today because it was the last day of the "competition" and i was optimistic but did not receive 1 puzzle piece out of 70 shakes! Not even a "you have already collected this puzzle piece" This is unacceptable! How can so many people experience the same thing by chance and complain about it and vodacom not be held accountable for openly misleading customers. I would very much like to take this matter further, maybe even file a class action suit against vodacom. terms48.(1) A supplier must not—(a)offer to supply, supply, or enter into an agreement to supply, any goods or services—(i) at a price that is unfair, unreasonable or unjust; or(ii) on terms that are unfair, unreasonable or unjust.
