Ordered an item from them at the beginning of January, estimated to arrive in late February/early March which still hasn't arrived. I contacted them a month ago and was given an apology regarding a stock issue and failure to communicate, but that the issue was resolved. They assured me the item would ship that day and be delivered in less than a week. Nothing arrived, and since then they haven't answered the phone and the website is currently down.

Worst service everr experienced
Hi, I must say this was the WORST service a ever experienced. They never answer their telephones, I will send them the proof of all my calls, and then they will say the dont understand it because it is only me that is complaining. I ordered 2x40W solar panels and received each time only 14W panels. I test the panels with a DC watt meter and each time only get 14-15 Watts. I warn every body to stay away from KEEBOT in Carltonville SA.

Order "currently Processing" five weeks after placing order
Placed order on 2 September 2023 and it's still "currently Processing" as at 9 October, five weeks later. Sent an email on 21 September asking when my order was likely to arrive and got no response. First time I've bought from keebot.com and will definitely not buy from them again. It is now 5 weeks since I placed my order and it is still being processed and hasn't yet even been dispatched. When will my order be dispatched? Please reply to this email. The last email I sent you, you didn't even bother to reply. Thank you

No response from keebot.com
Placed an order on 18th of August, still says processing on the website and have sent multiple emails trying to find out where my order is and try to cancel and get a refund but haven't received any response as of yet.

To be avoided at all cost . Placed an order on 4 July 2023 and to date it is a no show . Send several request for update but no reply. Also tried to phone them but other than being placed on hold , no reply
