We have been struggling with closing this account since last year December, service number :VOX19646438, We busy getting threatening messages of being handed over to legal but we got confirmation email the account will be closed by the 31st January an the equipment will be collected which was not done. This company has given very disgusting service since an we regret the day we joined it. How do u get threatening messages but your service is poor, we have to go here to get attention because our emails are ignored, request for cancellation was already send last year already but poor bad service.
I have laid a complain with company with last of last week an another one last week until now I have not been responded, I was billed R500 for 2 weeks on a 1 bedroom apartment staying alone, I have queried the amount an no one has responded me

We have laid a complain last month November on the 5th. Contract which was 12 months for 2020 an was suppose to have been cancelled already an it was not they kept deducting funds. Contract stipulates 12 months an there's no were were it says rental an we being told its rental which is not on the contract. On the 14th December a lady called my dad who is the owner of the contract an she specified we should write cancellation letter an I did same day an it was not cancelled. It's the 27th today an no confirmation recieved for the cancellation. Will we be told that we should wait another 30 days notice for cancellation again were as the mistake is on your side. I send several cancellation emails an included support an accounts emails an none responded. Is this how you handle your inets when they have issues with you? This company is rubbish. VOX19636715. Should we include legal before our things are sorted. Cancellation letter was already send on the 14th December an not cancelled yet all you know is busy sending us monthly statements. This must be sorted
I called in on the 24th to change premium from the R429 to the R120 an to my suprice my TV is not playing an I'm being told my debit order is not active I must send documents to activate a debit order. I have never called in to cancel the debit order in the 1st place an now I have to send documents to reinstate something not cancelled by me. I believe when method plod payment is changed it must be the customer who calls in an canckes an the gentlemen kept saying I have never paid by debit order. I'm super angry
Vox is owing us R1000 due to debit order that they have been debiting an we have since been complaining but because of the bad customer service no one is responding to call or emails. You guys are quick to take people to legal but when you suppose to pay people money is hard to get hold of you. You threaten people with legal service but now refusing to refund the money Owed to us. Can this be attended urgent before we take legal action against you an sue you for more than the R1000 owed to us.
I have called since Saturday. Send emails an no one is assisting me. I have activated my mobi money on Friday an had available balance of R7000 an I only withdrew R2500 which I'm still left with R4000 if I want more. I paid R300 on top an my installment is only due 20th December, but to my suprice it's saying my account is in arrears I cannot withdraw more. I'm a owner for 3 years an every week electricity has to go. How many times must we suffer an we still have to pay electricity hill monthly but we spend half a month without electricity. Nothing is being done regarding the issue. How many times must the cables be stolen, damaged. This is bull****. We can't spend a week without problems
