Other Banks can learn from Capitec
The best Bank. African Bank, Absa, FNB can come and take lessons from Capitec. Every branch you go fast and convenient. Low bank charges. FnB and absa can learn something from Capitec on customer service 😉 Capitec give immediate response and Their mobile app is easy and always accessible. While African bank always have problems and no selution. CAPITEC YOU ROCK

Misuse desperate people
Be aware. This company uses desperate people to sell their product. They don't give salary to these people. They use their own transport and fuel to do demonstrations and the company doesn't give a commission. This poor individuals waste their last sents to try and make an income. This Kirby bosses just employ new recruits to do their durty work to get leads and irritate people. I wish this horrible company can fall hard.

Be very careful
Never use this agency. As property owner you still have to deal with everything. Absolutely not professional. Also going to be reported to rental tribunal for ********lness. With such a bad reputation no wonder they handing out so many pamphlets

Bad banking app
The bank in it self is good. Unfortunately their Banking app is the worst app I have ever used. Its pointless having a Banking app when it doesn't make banking convenient. Number one it takes for ever to log in. Number 2 you struggling to do a money send. 3 you can't buy electricity. It always trough an error. And this morning trying to log in. Some adds are covering my balance. I can't even see my balance? IT team please step up with a better version. I mean I have never struggled with capitec app and FNB this much

No feedback
As the insurance for Capfin. After being let go at my work in November last year Capfin directed me to Abucus who will handle the case. I have submitted all my information in November. Since haven't had any feedback. Now capfin is constantly calling dor the next installment and no response from Abucus after email follow ups

Highly recommended
Choosing Soldarity is definitely not a waste of time. After the awesome advice from Noelene to Mariette and Marlindie. Who assist me with overtime that was due to me. Thanks to them my overtime was paid and the disputes was settled.

No feedback
I always used to recommend capfin. As capfin was fast and you always got feedback. I have an exciting loan. And loyalty points. But after my car broke down I app**** for a second loan on that one. As they say I qualify. I app**** on Monday and submitted my documents via email. Since then no response. No phone call. I have phone and all that was said is that it will be submitted. Its Saturday today. Nothing. I am highly disappointed 😞 . What happened to Capfin? Are you short on staff ? Do you have technical problems? Why ?

No feedback.
Capfin always use to be the best credit provider. You would get results almost immediately. I still have a loan with Capfin which I pay on time every time. Have not skipped one payment. On Monday I app**** for another loan and send all my needed documents twice. No feedback since. Today is Friday. I phoned to find out what's happening. So the agent told me it has not yet been submitted to review. Why all of a sudden the service went down so fast. Are you guys short on staff or what happened that its not what it used to be. I always used to refer people to Capfin. But now I feel disappointed. Can you maybe make your online so we can see how far our process is with loan application as well. Its not nice being in the dark. Trying to make plan in an emergency and you don't get feedback
