Worst service ever. They just continue to charge you rental for something that become yours at the end of the term. E-mails take 3 months to answer and the accounts just keep coming. Their service is so bad they had to outsource customer assistance.

If I could give this business a 0 rated star I would. Sasfin in my opinion is a **** artist! You can call the call center but no one ever gets back to you About 3 years ago their technicians came and installed a camera system as well as our landline, it cost me R5000.00 cancellation penalty with Telkom to change our business work number now Telkom says the cancellation fee was never paid. The landlines and cameras that were installed never actually worked, we have told Sasfin to cancel the contract and for them to collect their appliances as I refuse to pay for something that does not work. Not to mention the terrible mess of cables that lay my whole office full, work is incomplete and very untidy. Now we have been handed over to the lawyers, an agreed amount had been reached etc...... Only for Sasfin to continue try deduct funds from the bank account whenever they feel like it. Which just puts me in more of a financial strain when the random amounts they try to debit do not go through.

I took out a loan, paid in full with no problems, they offered me another loan and when I want to apply, al of a sudden I do not qualify. How can this be possible. Never skipped a payment. They give you a loan to make money on the xtras because they need a increase and bonus. I'm sure someone else will help me. They're good only once then you're the bad one. Why offer loans then. Close your business if this is how you operate.

Since April 2023, I have been complaining about a faulty printer that was provided to me for a period of three years. I have been paying for it ever since. I asked SASFIN provide me with at least one other printer which is in good condition. However, when I asked them to provide me with a working printer, they send people to offer me a new contract which ends in refusal, leaving me with a faulty printer, but I still have to pay R1,536.04 rand every month.

Be careful to invest in SASFIN. We were promised by Khati Mudaly that we would get our investment money within 24 hours. It is now 2 weeks down the line and we still haven't received it. Khati is now off everyday and the secretary, Cindy are also promising but nothing delivering.

With Sasfin having exited the banking sphere. Its a mission to get our withdrawals. I have been calling and no one is giving me any feedback. Someone I spoke to first committed to a 72 hours turn around time. It's been almost 2 weeks and no responses to my emails and to my phone calls.
