Since April 2023, I have been complaining about a faulty printer that was provided to me for a period of three years. I have been paying for it ever since.
I asked SASFIN provide me with at least one other printer which is in good condition.
However, when I asked them to provide me with a working printer, they send people to offer me a new contract which ends in refusal, leaving me with a faulty printer, but I still have to pay R1,536.04 rand every month.
