im a car dealer i paid one of my supplier in Sasfin bank and they blocked her account the requested documents from me i send them but still the account remains closed, now they want the proof of payment from capitec business account we provided them with it unfortunately the account remain closed, what kind of bank is this that don't know the difference between capitec business and savings account are not the same even their proof of payments are not the same instead of calling the person who paid or her banker they dont but they know how to close other peoples account i will never recommend this bank to anyone because of they professionalism, even now it still remain closed
we order food from uber eats not knowing that the promotion its only for one store im not happy because one of the lady from the store was very rude to us even the uber guy instead of explain the only thing i heard was my manager said one by one and get one free no food comes out without being paid for next when uber and mc donald have an agreement please let it not affect the customers
I would like to understand what's a kios for in pick n pay darra center the ladies will be rude and tell you go to the Que darra center staff members are rude it's unlike other pick n pay stores around... I can't recommend 😕 darra center pick n pay for anyone while we spend a lot of money there but it doesn't have friendly stuff
I am not happy the clinic have space inside but we need to be standing outside with small babies while we are advised to come before 7am after they will make people stand outside on the cold this is not fair why should private sector know how to take care of people and government no good service... Government sector needs to do they best to serve its own people now we need to be outside while there's a lot of space inside they will be taking people by 5 ... Please think about people who are sick standing outside in a cold weather where is service
I'm unhappy client with my favorite bank this time around my business account was blocked without letting me know, for this time i have been with standard bank until you want to do a payment to start noticing something wrong on your account, the person who's paying me his account its not blocked its still active but my own its blocked that's not far if i had a great bank to go to i will leave standard bank, the owner of the other account had already called the bank regarding this matter but still i have to wait for the investigator but he or she had called regarding this issue proof of payment has been send from eastgate branch by my business banker what else do you need for us to do its one dealer to another dealership
Good morning I'm one of the happy clients this morning. I was taken from Pilar to another one .. I had a client that paid on my merchant speed point over 4 days I was just getting tired every single day but yesterday I meant Fallon.January@absa in Eastgate mall what a great women she is.... He honestly made me remember why I'm in this field of Automotive industry as a women. I'm so glad that I came across to you and Gugu from Absa too thank you ladies everything has been sorted when we talk about excellency we talk about you .. I have been with Mercantile Bank I never experienced this bad service since we are moved to Capitec business.... It's always offline... I'm so unhappy with the service please if you can't assist me with this app let me close the account other banks don't do this horrible service that Capitec business it's giving me ... I'm so not happy with you guys .... I will give myself time to come back to the branch and close the account I should be working now I need to be worried about the app that's not working I can't even pay my suppliers this is true evil from you to me
On Friday I run out of airtime while I had airtime advance it was almost R300 and I recharged with R275 airtime, R110 airtime and R29 and my phone said no airtime I owe Vodacom R6 and loaded another R29 airtime lost nowhere to be found I decided to call Vodacom call centre it went to Tobi no help and I called again a friendly lady was able to assist me but it never worked she saw my airtime and advanced been paid off her advise was switch your phone off all will be fine nothing changed I went to Eastgate mall Vodacom store I couldn't get assistance too they told me to call again call centre and I recharged again there R12 airtime they couldn't see that I recharged I'm so disappointed at this time because I'm a business woman I make sure I have airtime all the time but now this hassle make me think twice to leave Vodacom after so many years in a relationship with them move to another network provider. I'm experiencing network problem in my place but I still kept it for nothing
I am so unhappy with being moved from Mercantile Bank to Capitec business. I'm a regular in Capitec business branch I go there offen im even getting tired with this app if it's not network problem you will just fail to login this is terrible... To have this kind of relationship with your bank others banks don't give me problems it seems I need to leave Capitec business I always dislike Capitec bank from what people say out there I only told myself that let me try but now I regret tomorrow I need to go to the bank while I need to be working it's not fair... Now I made a call it cut off I need to call again it's funny how you guys operate it's horrible I leave my business to be going to the branch try your best to make things easy for us because we need your assistance if I struggle like this I better leave Capitec business.... Focus on other banks which makes our lives simple
