Worst service and experience

We booked a return trip from Johannesburg to Elim. The bus arrived 2hours late from the normal departure. No explanation or communication from Prasa. The buses are old and dirty. Prasa does not prioritize their customers safety and well being. There is a lot of passenger's and bus exchanges from every stop. Their drivers don't respect roads rules and always over speeding while driving old fleet without brakes. Our trip was a nightmare from departure to return trip. Prasa kindly prioritize securing new buses and train your drivers.

Poor communication and service

I am very disappointed by Torga Optical Carnival City and lack of clear communication. I went to Torga for eye test and glasses. I am diabetic and needed prescribed glasses . I was advised about specification of my lenses but not the cost implications. I was also not advised about the prices of frames. I was tasked to pick any two frames from their special. I was only aware that I picked up expensive frames by default when I went to pick up my glasses. Torga used all my medical aid funds. I paid plus 15k for glasses .Torga overcharged me and very expensive.

Best client service

I visited Nedbank Park Central Johannesburg to link my home loan account .I received excellent service. For the first time it truly felt like my query was being resolved by consultant named Lloyd Maubane. I just want applaud Lloyd for job well done and dedication to resolve client quires. He is very dedicated and exceed every customer expectation. I have observed how the staff at Park Central Nedbank branch assist every client that enters their door. Well done to all staff members for excellent service.

She has empathy and patient. She was very helpful with our consultation to open a stokvel account. We were very impressed by how she conduct herself during our consultation. Makro and Wumdrop

I placed an order with makro online for my business . I received some of the items as a split order. I am still waiting for a deep freezer that I placed on the 28th of November. I checked my online profile and there is an error massage was that says my order was not delivered because I was unavailable. . I cant recall receiving a call or massage from Wumdrop with regards to the delivery. I have lost business income for a month because of this inconvenience.

I am very humbled by the service I have received from sales assistant from flooring department builders East Rand Mall. I received best customer service and assistance. Everything was at ease with my purchase . I was guided on the best tiling quote. Thank you for outstanding service and dedication. I am also grateful for receiving my phone that I left in the counter. Builders east Rand/Boksburg staff rock in this busy season

Frustrated

Frustrated by Suspension Despite making a Payment . I have contacted Telkom several times for this matter to be resolved. I am now spending more on data purchases. Kindly credit me for days that I was offline. My bank account is being debited without my consent. I have no connection for two weeks.

shocked by poor service

I am very shocked by the manner KFC Chris Hani Crossing staff members carry themselves. They have negative attitude towards customers. The service is very poor, tables are dirty, you wait for your order for more than an hour. You have to fight and push other customers to maneuver around to get your order. Apparently it is normal to push other customers to get your slip on their side in order for your order to be prepared.

Harassment

This is the worst company to deal with. Telkom sends unpaid accounts to them to them. Telkom doesn't have internal process to collect or send reminder notification. I missed a payment and suddenly my account has been handed to nudebt. The company collection strategies and harassment. I am receiving letter of demands while I paid Eskom . I am planning to cancel Telkom of the debt collecting company. Please see the below email. 4 April 2025 Dear Sir/ Madam Your *** Our *** PER E-MAIL: Notice of Blacklisting with the major Credit Bureaus 1. Ms MAHADA, you are in contravention of Electronics Communications Act 36 of 2005 due to a default of R 1636.00 with Telkom SOC LTD, for telecommunication services, or any part thereof, rendered to you. 2. Lack of support

I am unhappy and disappointed by the lack of support I receive from the sales representative assigned to my shop. The sales representative lacks ubuntu towards me and I am unable to build a solid business relationship. The representative is unable to identify my needs as a customer and acts like a bully. I don't get the support I need or make me aware of the brands on the market or education to improve my business. I have seen the sales representative passing by my shop going to the next shop without any communication with me or my staff. The sales representative is not suitable for township business . I will appreciate that I will be assigned a sales representative who understands my needs as a customer and small business owner.
