So far, and counting, it's been 4 weeks that I, as a private bank customer, has been waiting for my personal banker, or FNB "Care" to call me back.... All I get is the standard automated email response
Vox decided to "upgrade" the service in our area. This resulted in downtime on my business account that can last up to 3 days! No notification was given, and no access was arranged with anyone. They simply arrive and tell you they are changing the ONT. After changing it I was told it would be operational in 30 minutes. Well, 30 minutes are long gone and they have now retracted that promise and gone back to 3 days. This is RIDICULOUS
Takealot.com is a safe haven for hackers who ***** your cats details to make multiple purchases on. They have zero checks to see if a transaction is legitimate or not. Your registered credit card could be used multiple times by a **** account, without them knowing a thing about it. Then they refuse to take any responsibility or so any sort of investigation when you report it to them. Safer to just use Amazon
Numerous *****ulent transactions on my account for the same amount within 10 minutes. FNB saw that, but still allowed the transactions through. One hour at the branch today to unblock my online profile. Passed from one *********** to another and back again. Still not resolved. Branch manager MIA
R20,000 to cancel this service. You pay upfront, then get no response!
Medication was dispensed incorrectly. For the past 3 days I have been phoning to get this resolved. First 2 times Natasha told me she would get the pharmacy ( Dainfern) to call me. This has not happened. Today I spoke to Louise. She was not interested, and when I asked for her manager, she put the phone down in my ear. When I called back she had the audacity to accuse me of being rude! Last time I use dischem
I ordered 2 items. 1 was delivered. On my system it shows both as delivered. Amazon does not seem to understand the concept of "delivered", as I'm told to wait another day. That is not "delivered". It's " in transit"
I started the process because I understood that my payment would be final as they had all the info to know about the blocks. I cancelled the process after paying, but before completing submission of all the info. I asked for a refund, but now they are MIA
Continuing on their non-existing service, Haval Fourways have now added some scary skills to their repertoire. My TPMS in one wheel stopped working for no reason. Now Haval tells me that "mysteriously" there was no sensor in the wheel. This sensor only stopped working 3 months after replacing the tyres, and halfway to Durban from Jhb. Neither the DP (Lionel Pillay), nor the CEO (Gary Klette) could explain this phenomenon, but could not rule out that it is impossible!!!!!! It bares mentioning that Gary Klette is a trained technician, who believes it is possible for a sensor to magically escape from a closed tyre.....
5-7 days turnaround for claims.... This has never happened, Last claim is now 3 weeks overdue, and nobody can tell me what the status is Disgusting service, I will be closing this account
