Very poor service
⭐ 1 Star I would not recommend this service to anyone. It is supposed to make life easier, but instead it caused unnecessary stress. After three weeks I still haven’t received my disk, and communication has been almost non-existent. Messages go unanswered and there are no updates. Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Will not be using this service ever again.

Hassle-Free Refund & Outstanding Customer Service.
I highly recommend ChatBack for their professional handling of my recent application. Although we weren't able to finalise the licence disc renewal due to some issues, the support I received from Precious Delx was outstanding. She kept me informed and ensured that my refund was handled immediately and without any stress. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that prioritises the customer, even when things don't go as planned.

Overcharged service and poor service
Last year I received a Chatback message regarding the renewal of my vehicle disc and I thought the process was led by Road Traffic Management Agency. I then though the process would be easy and quick, yes it was quicker however the prices paid was double the amount that I normally pay for my disc renewal. Seeing that I have paid double the amount double , I then approached RTMC for free renewal because I paid double the amount. Only to find out that Chatback is not an entity of the RTMC. I need my refund because I was charged double and I tried to get its head office line but I'm not winning. They should remove their payoff line.
