Can't get hold of Bennett read and get help
Been trying to contact Bennett read since Monday...I don't get any response I'm sitting with a pressure cooker with potatoes in it and the lid is stuck...no pressure in the cooker...but can't get it oprn

Poor service
Delivery address was changed on the Ram site...phoned in all on the 24th March...was advised that vodacom will confirm...address was confirmed with vodacom...then only on the 3rd April Ram attempted to deliver...once again wrong address...I told Ram the urgency of the delivery...then yet again today 5th April delivery could not take place...Ram claimed that address was incorrect...this after how many attempts and confirmation to vodacom about the address...I was on the phone on 3 different times times today with Ram...over an hour all together...one lady said she will contact me in not longer than 1 and half hour....now almost 3 hours later...still nothing from Ram... pefectic is not the real word...

Boksburg SPCA - Put your dog to sleep
This is with a very sad heart that I'm writing this review. My friend needed help from the Boksburg SPCA during December 2021. Their puppy of 6 weeks had fallen ill. They took the puppy to the SPCA on the Sunday seeking help. The staff of the SPCA advised her to put the puppy to sleep. She refused and came to me for help. We then took the puppy to the vet. He was diagnosed with the parvo virus. The vet gave him medication, but they could not afford for the puppy to stay at the vet. Reason also for going to the SPCA for help. Unfortunately their puppy did not make it through the night, and passed away in the early hours of Monday morning. With people loving and feeding and caring for him. They even watched over him the entire night in shifts to help him. Now the reason for this review......after her incident I came across a post of the Boksburg SPCA of a lady whose dog fallen ill, she took him to the SPCA, carried the baby on her back. They helped her..... Yesterday we posted a story about a lady who walked all the way to the SPCA carrying her sick dog on her back for help. N***** is still at the vet but looking a lot better today and has even started eating. The vet decided to do a 2nd test for parvo virus and unfortunately the results were positive. Thankfully, Miss ******* didn't waste time with getting help and we caught the virus early. N****** will spend the weekend in hospital. Thank you to all our supporters for the donations towards N***** vet bills. Its fantastic to see how quickly good people respond to an animal needing help. And that's not the end.....when N***** could go home....don't get me wrong I am very happy for the family that their baby is still alive......The SPCA took him home....he received bags of food....new bowl....treats....outside kennel.....new bed and toys from the supporters and they are going to pay for his sterilization. ..... So how is it possible to help one person in such a way and for other they tell them to put their baby to sleep?

CCD Couriers
2 Days ago my delivery was scheduled for between 08h00 - 10h00. Just before 10 they phoned me and asked if we can schedule it for 10h00 - 12h00. I've phoned the office asking them what is happening with my parcel at 11h45. Half an hour later no one phoned back. I phoned them again, stating that the delivery guy's cell phones goes over to voice mail. They did escalate my problem, and will come back shortly. Another half hour passed and still waiting for them to contact me. I decided to go have a look on hellopeter to see what other people are saying about them. What a disaster. How can this courier company still be in business?

Excellent Ocean Basket K90
I can recommend Ocean Basket at K90 Shopping Centre in Boksburg. Service is excellent, waiters are very helpful. Restaurant is clean, food is 5 star. All in all, a wonderful experience. Chilling on the outside deck, you can hardly believe that you are in the center of Boksburg. The seafood platters are amazing, Sushi also available, have not tried their sushi as yet, but sure I will on my next visit. Waiters are not their to bother you the entire time while you are enjoying your meal. That is such a plus factor. Access for wheelchair. They really do think of every one to enjoy their time at Ocean Basket K90, Boksburg. The complementary bread is also such a bonus to snack on while you wait for the main co****. Also love their new look, new chairs such wonderful lights. O my word this place is really amazing

Poor Service
Health worx Medical center Boksburg, I've been trying to make an appointment for my mother, which is a diabetic, so have to make it at the Sister station. For almost 2 weeks I've tried without success. They don't answer at the sister station, you leave a message, but they don't phone back.

After trying to contact Vodacom Insurance...telephone call and online chat.... Telephone Call after 7 min the phone call gets dropped Online Chat after about 3 min the chat session ends without anyone helping you. Email...various emails was send with my claim and no one comes back and tells you what is happening with your claim

Rand Airport Management
When my friend and I was exciting the Rand airport she actually fall over some obstacles at the airport. In the event I was trying to stop her falling and my cell phone dropped. Damaging the screen....injury her hands and knee...when going to management they simply said we are not suppose to walk their...in a drop off zone for disable people. Photos was taken. When confronting management...I actually tried to take a photo of Mr Raymond...he seeing me without a mask in the Corona Virus outbreak he knocked my phone out of my hand and told me I am not allowed to take any photos. And told me I am allowed to take it further
