BALLITO TOYOTA Worst experience , Car had to stay over night, was booked in at 7.30 am overbooked, not well managed at all, forgot to tightnen my handbrake, Said to me my car was done at 4.30pm and had to put in break pads, the driver was still in westbrook at 5pm, to come and fecth me I had to phone everytime to make sure they dont forget about me , So I said just leave it I will make a plan tomorrow then the next morning NO ONE phoned me I phoned at 10am and then they said my car was still busy so they **** also or they just didnt know what they were talking about. The worst experience in Ballito I will never go there AGAIN
I have been with FNB since 2009! I have been having the worst issues and been dealing with FNB for the last few weeks now. A long list of different problems and now with customer care telling me my credit card needs to arrive for a certain problem to be resolved ( after speaking to these different departments and none knew that this was also another reason why nothing was working! when I spoke with CDC couriers saying that no credit was on the way. It was the GLOBAL CARD I have dealt with all different departments of FNB. I am glad to say I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO FNB AGAIN! I am closing all my FNB accounts.
Please can someone assist i am having the same problem with my debit order after its been escalated after the firsf month last month and now its the same thing. It says i need to make payment again. I an getting bad credit score in my card for debits not going off. Please fix this. I cannot do this again
