I had a very poor experience with Saya Recoveries. After making payment to MTN through Saya Recoveries, the payment was not updated on my MTN account for several days. Despite following up multiple times, there was no clear communication or resolution. This delay caused unnecessary stress. A payment service should be reliable and transparent, and in this case, it failed on both fronts. I expected timely processing and proper updates, but neither was delivered. I do not recommend using Saya Recoveries for MTN payments until they improve their system and customer support. These clowns hounding a PENSIONER who never worked a day in her life, Who some how has a tax number at some point, Was managed by a Book Keeper who stopped filing returns for my dad when he passed away. Apparently SARS has been sending letters to address in Parow so my mum had no clue This was happening. Now there is a Penalty amount of 7k+ that they demanding from a pensioner for Not filing tax returns while they never ever worked. LOL. Saya recoveries have been hounding My mother for payment. even after explaining that the penalties must be waived and the tax number made dormant as she never even know she had a tax number and WHOLE WHILE NOT WORKING!!!. They said we must book with sars to sort out. We struggeled for months to get an available date and finally got a date 4th May 2026. Saya was told. But today they sending "Garnishee in progress" emails. News flash, my mother never worked and never earned a salary. So i guess you going to try and ***** a *****ioners Pension hey. THIEVING as usual. Someone Probably needs a FirePool at their house.

The worst Service ever they have a mafia mentality. I do not understand why MTN is using them for collection unless if they have covered themselves with the same blanket. I made arrangements to pay MTN only to discover that from the money I was paying not all of it was going towards my account and they did not disclose it to me. Worse part your your information doesn't get updated at the bureau. I further requested that they give me a settlement discount offer so that I can settle the account they refused and stated that MTN has instructed them not to give discount.i have launched a formal complain against them with the CFDC which is the debt collector ombudsman and I encourage everyone who is being victimized by debt collectors to do the same especially saya Recoveries and MTN.

Firstly, I have a payment plan With Saya for a SARS amount I owe. I sent a whatsapp this past Wednesday requesting banking detail confirmation and a confirmation that I want to pay. Nothing happened. Today, they took my ENTIRE salary against that amount with no warning, no phone call, no response to my whatsapp. I don't have a cent and I'm sole breadwinner. Absolute bunch of gangsters thriving on the misery of others. They claim their system is off-line so they can't look at my file. How convenient! But their system was good enough to take my salary away !!!
