Payment not updated with mtn

I had a very poor experience with Saya Recoveries. After making payment to MTN through Saya Recoveries, the payment was not updated on my MTN account for several days. Despite following up multiple times, there was no clear communication or resolution. This delay caused unnecessary stress. A payment service should be reliable and transparent, and in this case, it failed on both fronts. I expected timely processing and proper updates, but neither was delivered.
