Good day I want to report one of your drivers(photo attached). My colleague(Thandokazi) ordered food from KFC Tygervalley Mall. She got a call from the driver to say the driver is outside. She went to wait outside but the driver never pitched. She went to security and asked them and they said there was no delivery driver there at all. She then tried to call the driver but his phone was on voicemail. She then contacted KFC Tygervalley Mall who then said that no food was returned and the lady she spoke to gave her the number for uber eats( 0105002150. When she called uber eats that lady said she will report the matter and that they would get back to her. Till now no one has gotten back to her. When she went on the app she saw that there was a picture that the driver had taken saying he had deliverd the parcel. The bricks in the background DO NOT match the bricks we have here in our complex. So where did he deliver the food??!!! she does not want the food she wants her money back please ASAP. So basically she paid for food she never received. I would like to know when today this money will be reimbursed back to her please. Please provide feedback to me on this today. I have been trying to get hold of Lerato Shoeshoe in hr dept to assist me with my IRP5 from for Hifi corp and Hi-finance days. but she doesnt respond. i tried calling and the friendly receptionist tried to assist me but no one answered where she put me through to. I wrote a review a few weeks back and all I got was a petty answer when I replied again on their reply I still don't get a reply vodacom you busy annoying me now and all because you guys have damn incompetent staff working there. Like really ****ing incompetent. You need to sort my problem out now if I loose that nr I'm gona loose my ****. Your customer service is becoming pathetic to say the least not even to get me started on your staff doing customer service. When are yous going to sort my problem out
I am very disappointed in vodacom after 21 years of being a loyal customer. A couple of months ago I called over 8 times to get my puk nr so that I can get my Sim unblocked. When I eventually got through so a so called experience customer agent the lady told me to put in a pin. I tried over and over to put the password in after I put puk in. Eventually while putting the pin in over and over she was still on the line and I told here it's not taking she said I must try a different pin which I didn't again I tried with that pin over and over again nothing. Eventually my Sim card was blocked totally!!!!!! I said to her just damn well great now pin is blocked what the hell. Uhm ma'am did you put the same pin in me : yes I did. Uhm maam you were supposed to put a different pin in each time you tried me:ok but you didn't tell me that... Sorry ma'am you supposed to put in a different pin everytime it cannot be the same. So now you need to do a Sim swop. Bull****!!!!!! Why the **** must I pay for a Sim swop that one of your ****ing incompetent staff was to stupid or not properly trained to handle. Why must I waste my money on doing a Sim swop. Now I don't have access to my whatsapp which has all my nrs on, my work people can't get hold me by whole life is messed upside down because of this. It's a huge inconvenience. I use my Sim for work!!!! Vodocam should do my Sim swop and deliver it to my doorstep!!! I feel which is just right for the major inconvenience. So someone better contact me super fast before I totally loose it. Someone from Vodocam can leave there email details here and I will mail them cause that's the only form of coms I have now thanks to vodacom. I am livid. Answers vodacom I want answers on why 22 yrs of loyal service to you means jack now
My sons friend went to throw petrol in last week sometime by Shell in Brackenfell by the PnP Hypermarket. He threw in a full tank and the petrol attendant went and threw petrol in over the limit. So we all know that when the tank is full the pump will make a jerking motion saying its full because of the sensors. So this petrol attendant when and took the pump out after it jerked and then he went on to through more petrol in. My sons friend drove quite a far distance after that and when he stopped he saw the petrol was running out of tank down the body of the car. So he lost hell knows how much petrol THAT HE HAD TO PAY FOR which is now lost. How many other motorists is this not also happening to. Not only is this petrol attendant giving this company a bad name but this child has lost money and petrol. Who is going to pay for this? damn well no one. Unfortunately my sons friend didnt keep the slip nor does he know the name of the attendent. so its a loss for him. so people no matter where you throw petrol in check that you get your money worth and make sure you keep your slip
So my colleague goes to Mr Price Tygervalley on the 29/01/2021 and she tells them she wants to settle her account. They give her the balance owing and she settled it. Today she gets an sms saying she is R60 outstanding on her account. She DOES NOT like to owe anyone money hence she settled her account. She just went to the branch now to ask why she owes R60 if she settled her account in January and the lady told her that it is for the monthly fee of the card. WHERE IN YOUR LIFE HAVE YOU HEARD SUCH UTTER BULL****!!!!!!!!!! Also where on the slip that she got when she applied for credit did it say that you will be liable for a monthly fee of the card. She is already battling and now had to give her last R60 for travelling fees to work to pay for this ****. This is not acceptable. If they had told her on that day if it was on that slip then i can totally understand the situation. But this is a rip off!!! So either show her the proof of where she signed that she knew about this R20 fee for a damn clothing account card or show the proof of where they told her. This is one of the most honest people i know and i will be damned if she has to pay for something she didnt know about. I suggest you give her the R60 back cause no where it stated this. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would just like to say that I hope Forms Media Independent Africa Stationery company knows what a GEM of a Sales Rep they have. Monray April is really a great person firstly and good salesman secondly. Since day one that I met him he has stayed on the ball with us as clients. He really cares for his clients every need. If he cant assist with whatever we need he will make a plan and see where he can get it cheaper. He really is a great guy. Always going the extra mile for his clients. Which is something you dont see everyday anymore. no one really cares about clients once they got the client. Monray goes above and beyond of what he needs to do in his job. Always keeping his companies name high, I really hope his work acknowledges the great work he does. Give that man an increase lol. #justgivingmytwocentsworth
Good day ......I am really happy with Nedbank have been for the past 15 odd years. what i am not happy with is the fact that you guys are taking away the old internet banking. I hate the new internet banking look. The old internet banking is awesome why do you guys want to take it away for a stupid look and something that is not even really user friendly. I have a few friends using the new one and they say its really ****py. i too myself find it stupid. please cant you keep the old internet banking option available for us who would prefer the old one. Shouldnt we as customers also have a say how we want to do online banking. Leave the option there to have us click on whichever one we use. I am not happy at all about this. Considering closing my Nedbank account because of this new internet banking. if i cant log in like that on old one i will be closing my account. anyway as i say i just wanted to know why you cant leave the old one there as well. why take it away completely. Other than that issue and the fact that you cant buy electricity on a weekend. i am totally happy using Nedbank.
