I had placed an order only through their KFC app. I had order an 8 piece family treat which was for supper and an All Star Dunked Box for my wife to eat as lunch at work. Delivery was great however my order was completed wrong. After spending about R400, the first part of my order was correct which was the 8 piece family treat however my wife's lunch was wrong. Instead of the All Star Dunked Box, she gets a cold dry piece of chicken, little chips/fries, 1 zinger wing which is not part of the order. I had then escalated the issue via email within a few minutes after the order being delivered. I attached pictures and they still did not get back to me.

Terrible chicken ordered by kfx. Tiny and overcooked. Smaller than a bank card. After a year of not buying with them I have to say that was my last I ever waste my money on this brand. Should be ashamed.

Tonight we went and purchased hot wings. Before we could give our order the cashier immediately tell us in her home language (xhosa) that there is not chicken. We asked her if she could speak English perhaps so we could understand what she's saying even if i knew clearly what she's saying i just felt that that is not right as there was a Muslim lady standing whom also wanted to order. She refused and continued to speaking her language. We then placed the order and they still had to discuss the 10 wings before they could give it to us. Luckily i understand Xhosa and i was furious about the comments that were made. If this is the service we received i will definitely be encouraging my team members to not get out food for our clients there as well as i did receive the worst service. The cashiers name was Nosifundo Mjanyelwa . Store number: 0219142944

I am extremely disappointed with the service I experienced at KFC Tygervalley Mall on the 31st of August 2025. I entered the store at 20:10, well before closing time (which is listed as 22:00). Before I even reached the self-service kiosk, an employee rudely asked me what I wanted to order. When I politely said I was still deciding, I was told there was no chicken available. When I then attempted to order ice cream, I was told there was none either. This is unacceptable service. How can a KFC have no chicken, two hours before closing, and why should customers be made to feel unwelcome? The staff’s attitude was unprofessional, and the experience from the moment I walked in was terrible. I expected better from such a well-known brand, and I hope management addresses this issue urgently.

Good day I want to report one of your drivers(photo attached). My colleague(Thandokazi) ordered food from KFC Tygervalley Mall. She got a call from the driver to say the driver is outside. She went to wait outside but the driver never pitched. She went to security and asked them and they said there was no delivery driver there at all. She then tried to call the driver but his phone was on voicemail. She then contacted KFC Tygervalley Mall who then said that no food was returned and the lady she spoke to gave her the number for uber eats( 0105002150. When she called uber eats that lady said she will report the matter and that they would get back to her. Till now no one has gotten back to her. When she went on the app she saw that there was a picture that the driver had taken saying he had deliverd the parcel. The bricks in the background DO NOT match the bricks we have here in our complex. So where did he deliver the food??!!! she does not want the food she wants her money back please ASAP. So basically she paid for food she never received. I would like to know when today this money will be reimbursed back to her please. Please provide feedback to me on this today.
