I am extremely disappointed with the service I experienced at KFC Tygervalley Mall on the 31st of August 2025. I entered the store at 20:10, well before closing time (which is listed as 22:00). Before I even reached the self-service kiosk, an employee rudely asked me what I wanted to order. When I politely said I was still deciding, I was told there was no chicken available. When I then attempted to order ice cream, I was told there was none either.
This is unacceptable service. How can a KFC have no chicken, two hours before closing, and why should customers be made to feel unwelcome? The staff’s attitude was unprofessional, and the experience from the moment I walked in was terrible.
I expected better from such a well-known brand, and I hope management addresses this issue urgently.
