I had placed an order only through their KFC app. I had order an 8 piece family treat which was for supper and an All Star Dunked Box for my wife to eat as lunch at work. Delivery was great however my order was completed wrong. After spending about R400, the first part of my order was correct which was the 8 piece family treat however my wife's lunch was wrong. Instead of the All Star Dunked Box, she gets a cold dry piece of chicken, little chips/fries, 1 zinger wing which is not part of the order. I had then escalated the issue via email within a few minutes after the order being delivered. I attached pictures and they still did not get back to me.
Uber has continuously been trying to rob people of their money. I am fed up with the prices increasing due to the driver choosing longer routes. Today I requested an Uber for my mother inlaw from Wesbank to Kraaifontein. When the ride was finished, I noticed the price went from R86 to R135. When my mother inlaw returned, she said the driver drove in the opposite direction where he only "realised" he is driving in the wrong direction. I have been chatting with the support "bot" team, and they keeping telling me I am not eligible for a refund. Even after explaining and asking them to check the drivers route, they refuse and this is not the first time being charged so much after a trip. I literally have evidence to prove all of this but they refuse to hear me out.
Honestly, it's just easy, straight forward and you get your loan the same day.
