I want to report one of your drivers(photo attached). My colleague(Thandokazi) ordered food from KFC Tygervalley Mall. She got a call from the driver to say the driver is outside. She went to wait outside but the driver never pitched. She went to security and asked them and they said there was no delivery driver there at all.
She then tried to call the driver but his phone was on voicemail. She then contacted KFC Tygervalley Mall who then said that no food was returned and the lady she spoke to gave her the number for uber eats( 0105002150. When she called uber eats that lady said she will report the matter and that they would get back to her. Till now no one has gotten back to her.
When she went on the app she saw that there was a picture that the driver had taken saying he had deliverd the parcel. The bricks in the background DO NOT match the bricks we have here in our complex. So where did he deliver the food??!!! she does not want the food she wants her money back please ASAP.
So basically she paid for food she never received. I would like to know when today this money will be reimbursed back to her please.
