Terrible chicken ordered by kfx. Tiny and overcooked. Smaller than a bank card. After a year of not buying with them I have to say that was my last I ever waste my money on this brand. Should be ashamed.
Ordered a combo with some other items from them. The combo was incorrect by a substantial amount. They refuse to assist and take weeks to respond. I think they blocked me from their Whatsapp business number. This borders on theft. Their customer service is terrible to non existent. Take my advice and find another place.
Went to hungry lion eerste river to purchase a 15 piece bucket for the family. When i get home there are 3 drumsticks and 9 breasts in the box with 3 pieces missing. I went back to the store to complain and the manager provides me with 3 pieces. When i get home again i see theres 1 breast , 1 drum stick and a wing that they gave me. Now firstly is it common practice to ***** from your customers. Secondly 10 breast peices, 4 drums and 1 wing? does that seem right. Or are these bucket specials meant to provide the customer with ******* no one else wants? This is highly disgusting from eerste river branch. I had to drive twice to the store for this pathetic bucket of food i received. Am i expected to check my food before i leave the store? Bunch of ******* working there.
Used the vodacom app to purchase a PS5 headset, 10 days later the headset hasnt arrived yet, Received no waybill number so not sure where the item is. Called 135 and received little help, now i must wait for this to get excalated with the promise of a call back. Seconly bought spur vouchers on the vodapay app and was support to get 20% extra, the voucher amount available on the app shows the 20% but when trying to redeem i only get 12%. Tried calling and no one can help me. Spend more time on hold that actually getting my problem solved. Terrible service in the last week from them
I though government institutions was bad until i had to deal with Makro customer service. Been trying for 2 weeks to get my order delivered. All i hear is the matter has been escalated. They promise to call me back and im still waiting. Their agents in the call centre puts you on hold till you hangup (i waited 45 mins). Their branches dont answer. I just want my bike which now seems unlikely to arrive before my sons birthday. This is the last time i use Makro.
Ordered items 2 weeks ago from Clicks online to be delivered to their somerset west branch. Have heard nothing from clicks. This is terrible since they already have my money
Dear Vodacom<br> <br> For charging my partner a R100 for a rejected debit order i would like to make you aware that you will be loosing 3 contracts at the end of the year when they expire. Your call center staff was unhelpful in resolving the matter and preferred to pass the buck around. I fell it is blatant robbery and greadiness to charge people for a rejected debit order.
