I have asked for a settlement amount to get my Bradlows account in full. Settlement letter received on the 23 April 2026 and the settlement amount was valid till the 30 April 2026. The amount that was provided was R15,312.57. On the 30 April 2026 I paid the full settlement amount of R 15,312.57 to the account and forward the proof of payment to [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected]. From day one (1) after I paid my account in full as per settlement, I am struggling to obtain a paid-up letter on the Bradlows account. On Wednesday, 06 May 2026 I received and email from [email protected] from a guy named Jabu stating that the paid-up letter will take 3 days for me to receive. I followed up again this morning and then Elisa Hlalele revert back to me stating that it takes 7 business days, so what happened from the 06 May 2026 to the 11 May 2026. Are they too lazy to do their work? Jabu reverted back to me informing me that I still need to pay R331.37 to get my account settled. I am refusing that and I want my paid-up letter. Just think to yourself. You ask for a settlement letter, obtain the settlement letter and on the settlement letter it state that the amount will expire on the 30 April 2026, you made the payment on the 30 April 2026 and now they want you to pay more. I am sorry, this sounds like ***** to me. Stop playing around and close my account and forward me the paid up and account letter. I am done begging.

I went into Maponya Mall Bradlows, Nomsa at the store assisted to get a credit approval. We proceeded to by four items a fridge, stove, microwave and airfryer all Defy products. The products was delivered on the 29 October 2025. I never used and of the items because my old fridge was still in use. But the strangest thing happened on the daybof the delivery the truck driver was laughing behind my back and drop all things of. The requested to only open the fridge and took photos of it and I signed the delivery note on they phone cause I was not aware of any fault on the fridge. It did not used it right away cause I first tried to sold my old fridge so the new one was just standing off in a corner which was at a angle I could also not notice it was broken. I kept saying to my son adjust the legs at the bottoms because the fridge look so skew. My wife kept asking me why this fridge look like there is a dent and I brushed it off. I sold my fridge and started to move the new one in a position I could use it but everything appeared very skew. Then at night because the fridge was switch on I saw in the ceiling which is the vinyl ceiling a light at the top of the fridge and I took a chair to look at the top of the fridge, the light on the inside was still off which was supposed to go off. I opened the door and check why this light would not go off and press the switch next to the door was working, however the door of the fridge never made contact with the light switch until it hit me, this fridge is broken. All the skewness i saw was not my imagination. I remembered the day the stock was delivered the fridge was standing on the edge and other stuff in the middle, this made me realize that the fridge could have fallen and the drivers did not dislose and they it was they only took the photos at and anger that appeared right to them. Not the inside or the top. I immediately let Nomsa know and she then informed jdg who instructed a repair to be done. From the time of my 1st complaint the 25 November i received a 1st confirmation of repair on the 3 Dec and another one 4 Dec 2025. I refuse to take a fridge that has to be repaired intact I refuse to pay for anything any further unless this company does damage control. Was I supposed to get damage goods dont they pay insurance if the stuff is broken in transit. If thy come to take this fridge for repair it will not pay a single sent on this account I'm not used good. Bradlows account number 002824322. Worst company ever to buy from, bad customer service had a complaint with JDG on the 21st Oct 2024 and it's not resolved til this day of 27th Dec 2024.. Full 3 months for a simple complaint

Never in my live have I came across such a useless useless company. I do not understand how a company like this still exist!!! Does the company have management or is it just a circus of *********** employees who are just going to work to get oxygen?? I am still waiting for a reply 1 week later just to get my bed matress exchanged. For anyone who reads this, Please do not ever ever purchase a bed at any one of the companies who use JDG trading as their warehouse and deliveries. It is an absolute disgrace!!!!

The worst service of all time, ordered an Item a week ago, says its out for delivery and stayed home that day to receive it only to get told the item was refused by client and its sent back to jhb, but I am the client and nobody showed up to my premises, now being given the run around between JDG branch cpt branch manager and skynet cpt branch manager both saying its either one but nothing can be done about my item, customer service is of no help what so ever and wont even get a manager to assist, I am now completely in the dark about my order and it seems like i just wont get it, why the jdg branch manager sent the item back to cape town is beyond me and she is of no assistance, ignoring calls etc Adelaide is her name. Disgusting service, I will cancel this account and make sure to spread the word far and wide!!

This is sad how one can see that this companies is just there to make money and dont deliver any service. This JD Group is a devision of the Pepkor group where all the other companies fall under. Since the 17th of December I have been struggling to get hold of someone to speak with. I am currently paying for stuff that was never delivered to me from Russels. I speak to the sales rep and the manager but they can't give me any answers. Why is the service so bad? I tried all the platforms for Russels but no one is responding. I am pleading with you guys stop debiting my account after you know that I dont have the products. Stop *****ing from people. I might not be the only one there might be many more. But please stop it now. You services is poor and any upgrade wont make a change. Teach your stuff to respect your company maybe then your service will inprove.

On the 21st November we purchased a play station 5 online, Incredible connection used JDG /Skynet to deliver my order. on the 24th November I was advised stock is out for delivery. On the 27 November Skynet delivered a heater to my place of work and I did not order a heater, I scheduled a return and they collected the heater on the 30th November , it is now the 6th December and I still have not received the playstation. The product was delivered unwrapped *******) and left with security, I did not even sign for the item. This for me is not safe that Skynet can just drop off stock without a customer signing for it. Incredible connection is blaming FEDEX, Sky net is blaming INCREDIBLE connection and in the mix, I the customer have not received a birthday gift that was for my son. It is now 15days since date of purchase and nobody can tell me where is the playstation, i have even offered to collect the item on my own seeing as though they cannot resolve this issue in 15days, half a month and my son still does not have his birthday gift, how do i answer this child on a daily basis. INCREDIBLE CONNECT TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
