Today's flight at 6am jhb to Durban suppose to leave at 6am It is now 9:17am the plane hasn't left. We took this flight because we need to be in Durban by 7 30am. All appointments missed, all accommodations lost. Very bad communication from the cabin crew. Know one is telling us what is going to happen. Really really bad service and stuck I the plane for mre that 3 hours.
Extremely bad service. Struggling to get my deposit back as the car was in a poor condition as compared to the report. Customer care making me go back and forward to the branch. Still no response. Spring field park we buy cars in Durban.
Extremely bad service. I bought a edge trimmer from them Ryobi 3000, used one time for less that 30 mins and it started leaking oil. Returned back then they said it has to go for repair, all within a time period of a month. Anyway I agreed theyvsaid it will take 21days time passed i I had 2 go to the store and follow up no calls from them. Got thr machine back and I asked what was the problem lady at information said she doesn't know no job stating what was fixed. Machine was used the next day within 10 mins of work same problem Took machine back with the next 2 days I collected over the weekend. I tired to be fair as possible by asking for a replacement as last time my wife went to check they said they didn't have stock but they now do. I was refused an exchange and they said it has to got back for repairs. I had to call the branch manager myself has she wasn't available in the store, she then said she will try to resolve the issue with the supply. I had to then call the customer care line as I was in store for more than 1 hour 30 mins with getting no help. I then had enough and sa id I am leaving this machine here I don't want a exchange I want a refund done via eft as I will not be coming back to this store or deliver with Builders in future. After this extremely bad service I experienced I will not recommend my friends and family to use this store.
Fnb insurance company. Been as customer for many years with them but because it has become extremely difficult to work with you I will take my money somewhere else and the people I have referred to use you.
Fnb insurance department. I have been trying to call you guys to make updates to my current policy. Since I have been on hold for to long I decided to send and email to call me back, the response was that my policy has been updated by fnb insurance but without finding out from me what needed to be changed or updated. Extremely unprofessional being a client with fnb over 15 years and insurance from 2018.
The mpumalanga Middleburg license department for vehicle personalized number plates has been unable to provide the service from April 2022. Its almost the end of October and still they say can't do anything reason is its off line.
I am having a major problem with my data SIM contract that I have with Vodacom I went to 2 stores to try and get help but was unsuccessful. First store tried but no results. Second store also didn't have network so they didn't even try to assist. I am going to cancel everything with Vodacom and go private.
The fnb branch in Middleburg mpumalanga is useless and a waste of time they messed up my accounts and now I am willing to move to another bank after banking with them for more that 15 years. ( private clinte customer)
