This is Curro's only supplier of school clothes. There is another store in Pretoria which is too far to travel. I've heard countless complaints about Grit from other parents. After waiting for two months for stock, I ordered items as per their recommended measurements (as they don't have any "normal" sizes listed) - two of the items ordered are way to small. To log a return, you, as the customer has to arrange for a courier to collect, at your own cost! After complaining I'm told "Please attach a clear photo or details of the body measurements you took before placing the order" Are you asking me to send proof of you measuring my child?? Are you insane?? I will be ordering elsewhere and get the school logo embroidered, submit complaints to Curro and get other parents to do the same. I will make sure they are no longer the sole supplier of uniforms. I will be reaching out to the Competition Commission as well.
If I could give a zero rating I would. I purchased an item on the 24th November and was advised that the product is out of stock. I've requested a refund and still waiting. My emails and tickets logged go unanswered! This company is a **** and a *****! DO NOT USE THEM!
Excellent service received from Mohau from Planet Fitness Midrand. Professional and friendly and managed to resolve my query with one phone call as well as managed to arrange for a few months free! He was able to understand and sort out my query in less then an hour!
They don't even deserve a one star! I signed up for a Premier membership and all of a sudden after more than a year of membership their system suddenly says that I'm on a club membership! I've been visiting both the Randburg and Waterfall clubs and suddenly my contract reflects as a club membership. Called the call centre to tell them there is an issue with my account but NO!!!! because their "SYSTEM" says that I signed up for a club membership I MUST BE WRONG??!!! Not the first time I've had issues with my contract! I'm done! Cancelled contract and signed up with Planet Fitness. Pathetic!
I contacted Discovery Bank on the 18th October to have a transaction reversed for a product that I ordered online but never received, I tried several times to contact the supplier with no luck. Discovery Bank asked to complete a dispute form and email it back to Discovery Bank which I did. I've had absolutely no feedback or reply. I've emailed them several times with no reply. Shocking! Going back to Standard Bank, there I had a Prestige Banker who would have reversed the payment within minutes!
I placed an order for delivery yesterday, I received a third of my items ordered and invoiced for. The delivery note noted all my items purchased yet only 1 third of my items were delivered. I called the driver and he said the rest would be delivered today which I found a bit suspect as the delivery note had all my items ordered on the note. I contacted Woolies online call centre and was told the the driver had not picked up all my items and they were still at the warehouse and would be delivered today. I'm still waiting. Called the call centre again, waited 5 minutes till my call was answered then immediately dropped. Attempted another call and got the recording that the call centre was closed even though the message said that they were open to 19h30! Where is the rest of my order?? I've never experienced such shoddy service from Woolworths. I spend more than R20 000 at your store each month which you will no longer see. Order number is O763433094. Someone better contact me soon or I will have the payment reversed for goods not received! Pathetic service Woolworths!
Walked into the Edgars Cresta store last Friday and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly service of each staff member that I passed. Definitely an improvement to the experience a few years back. The staff were helpful and efficient. Edgars, your store experience is currently better than that received at Woolworths of late. Will be shopping at Edgars more often! Keep up the great service!
I have cancelled 2 of my vodacom contracts twice now and still being billed / invoiced. The second time I called to cancel I was told that my account would not be debited in February yet is was. When I called in I was reassured that that was the last debit order only to receive invoices yesterday due for end March. When trying to cancel my contracts prior to calling in a few weeks ago I walked into a Vodacom store. What a nightmare, staff sitting on a chair eating, others chatting to each other only to be told that they can't cancel me in store, I had to call in, which I've done TWICE!! Yet to be invoiced again. I've stopped my debit order with my bank. What utterly pathetic service!
