I have 4 pairs of earrings I bought from Swarovski,and 2 watches , I bought some overseas and some local. Two of the earring which both have 1 big stone,like pea size stone. The stones came off. When it happened to the first pair I took it to my nearest Swarovski,thinking they could fix the problem even if they charged for it would have been better,but I was told they do not fix. I was disappointed. And the second earring the stone came off,I was like something is not right here,2 of their products with the same issue not even after 10 years,whereas I do have cheap jewelery than theirs, with stones, but I have never had a problem with those. From then on I told myself I will never buy anything there. The watch story is different ,it fell and the winding thing got bent ,they were unable to fix that and was told to take it to other jewelry stores . Was shocked by that. Honestly I don’t think I will ever buy there again.
I’m impressed by this shop,delivery is very fast their carpet are nice,I like them. Good quality 👍🏽. Pricy though .
The best company that I have been dealing with for years. If you are not happy about your purchase they easily collect,no issues. Refund process is fast. Delivery is very fast .I’m really happy with Take a lot. I’m surprised that they have poor reviews like this on this platform,it’s not the take a lot I know.
I have ordered from them more than five times,I thought I had rated them cause I was really happy with their service,quality and everything . The speed of Delilery is impressive. But this time around I ordered blazer and pants suit that looked really nice on the picture and the information on there sounded like that was a very nice and good quality outfit. To my surprise , the suit doesn’t look close to what was in the picture, the material, the quality is not great, sewing not neat, the stitche on the hems is so horrible,it’s loose and not looking great. I’m so disappointed this time around. I can’t wear that suit in public it’s so bad:( I’m giving them four stars cause I have been very happy with them in the past,and I’m surprised I did not rate them I thought I did and gave them 5 stars but I didn’t unfortunately ,I don’t want to forget the good part. So for this last order I was going to give them 3 stars, that’s how disappointed I am. I would like to contact the seller but unfortunately the item is sold out I don’t know if I will be able to contacted them.
Worse service ever. I’m so upset,I ordered a stand from these people in September 17,up to today I have not received my order. They sent me an email on the 27th September saying my order has been shipped,there was no tracking number ,no contact numbers no links that would help me to check the delivery status,nothing. I called them a week ago they told me they would deliver on the 8th October ,they didn’t deliver and didn’t even care to communicate with me to tell me why they didn’t deliver . Today is the 11th October ,no communication. What kind of service is that. I even feel like cancelling this order now ,I’m so over this nonsense.
I bought pedestals ,they look very nice and good quality stuff. The delivery was quicker than I thought. I’m happy with my pedestals they look really nice in my bedroom.
We must learn to check reviews before we decide to buy to save ourselves from being victims of such people. Have experience very very very poor service,I’d say no service at all cause my clothes came back still dirty and they are refusing to refund me. Seemingly these people run their business like this. I must contact EFF to deal with them. I will not leave them until the give me my money back.I’m ready for them legally if they don’t refund me.These reviews make them seem like ******. The lady even said what she was telling me is stipulated on the receipt but when I checked the receipt cause I still have the receipt,there is nothing written on the receipt ,nothing. So she is a **** as well.
I have not received my refund , this is the 3rd week, I’m told that the head office is investigating up to today. I cancel my order on the 23rd of August today is the 13th September. Thomas the guy who helped with the cancellation keeps telling me he is still waiting for a feedback from the head office. And he doesn’t contact me to update me,I’m the one who call him all the time. I’m sick and tired of this now,I don’t think they are taking this seriously. I need that money ,I have just moved in new house ,I’m buying everything from s****s to furniture and they are holding my money. This is unbelievable and it’s annoying me now. Will be forced to seek legal advice,I just can’t take this nonsense anymore.
Their lead time is ridiculous. I have moved in to a new house and bought nice couches from them but I told that it will take 4-6 weeks to deliver as they make to deliver. Now I’m going to have no couches in my house for a month and half,almost 8 weeks. It’s not understandable at all. It’s been a week since I bought the couches already it’s a problem ,my couch will be delivered in the second week of October ,how crazy??
I claimed when my family member died, that was in February 2020,I was paid my claim,which was good and it didn’t take a long time for me to receive the payment. I give them 5* for that. The problem is they didn’t stop debiting my account. I called them in January 2022 when I realized that they are still taking my money. I was told it was going to be stopped and I’m going to get my refund. Time went and there was no refund instead they were still debiting. I phoned them on the 26/06/2023,I was told the debit order will be canceled and my money will be paid back, again instead on the 3/07/2023 my account was debited to my surprise. I called them again on the 04/07/2023 ,gave them the reference number that they gave me. I was told they are still busy with it and the said she doesn’t know why the amount was debited again,but she told me that by Friday the 7/07/2023 the money will be deposited in my account . Today is the 12/07/2023 I have not received my money that they have been taking for 3 years 3 months. I’m very disappointed,yes we know that mistakes do happen but I had hoped that when call Sanlam about the issue it would be solved with ease,I really do not understand why they are not stopping this and why they not paying my money back. It’s a pity that sometimes we have to take these steps before we get peoples attention. Sad cause Sanlam it’s a big company which is respected,I respect the company myself,I feel sad that I’m coming to this platform today, something that is going to tarnish their name. But I have tried to solve the issue with them and they are not making me happy at all:(
