Pathetic and unreachable.. Tried every means to get hold of them.. Yalu has moved accounts to them and I need to do a claim but now they just eat away at my funds for years but when we get retrenched they are unreachable.. This is robbery at first glance.. Absolutely disgusting..

I have been retrenched earlier this year and had spoken numerous times to there agents but they don't seem to understand.. I cannot make payment and they keep on debiting an account with no money as a result I have debt of bank charged which go into thousand.. No heart and ruthless company.. Never once missed a payment but trying to explain to them where must I get income yet my bank charges my account every month R90 which I don't have..
I am being charged for swipes on my account which should be free
I have had unprofessional service since I paid.. Unprofessional technicians who did an incomplete installation but activated my line.. This is utter disgust.. I am paying for something not installed.. Been trying since Monday to try and get someone I can speak to direct from vumatel and web africa.. This is pathetic being robbed

So after being pestered for an account I did not no about.. I landed up paying the amount out of fear.. as I did not want my name to blacklisted... I got promises of feedback which after 2 weeks now has not been given for a paid up letter which I need to query my account... This is an unprofessional company trying to offer a professional service which is pathetic... Now that payment has been maid no calls no feedback and nonsense promises.. pathetic
So the gangsters of my financial world after calling me because of hello Peter tried to prove me wrong with promising me that I would get a call back in 48 hrs which was 7 days ago... This pathetic bank which Swindell a long time customer could not come back to me after I told them what was promised to me by them with me asking 3 times coz the calls are recorded and I made sure asking only to land up with CPP which is R450 per month which is not in budget... A call was made to me after hello Peter and was promised to investigate which I no the recording will show I asked there consultant 3 times... I urge to all FNB clients not do further business with a giant of a company that can't stand for what they promise... I will be continuously be on this sight as these gangsters are just stealing out of me... And I challenge them differently when they bring proof of this so called recordings which is only used to suit them when it's my evidence of what I asked on it...
So after a time I can't even remember I was told by attorneys that I need to pay for a loan account... Last year I applied with abasa for vehicle finance and was approved... This is pathetic that these so called leeches have been trying to call and collect on behalf of Absa and which I don't even no about... As a consumer I have rights and these accounts should never been given to attorneys if it no longer has a balance with Absa... This is pathetic...
Absolute monstrosity of a pathetic show of service.. if you earn points how can you owe points.. been with FNB for years now but don't earn ebucks although I spend a lot... Absolutely pathetic
