Krugersdorp home affairs refuses to assist me to change my surname siting departmental regulations . My mother married my stepfather when I was a tiny child and he was the only father I ever knew. Now rhet he has passed away I want to adopt his surname in honour of him but the department of home affairs refuses stating that a living family member must accompany me to agree . My father had only one sibling and she is also dead. So home affairs refuses to assist. Only my mother and half brother remain but they live in Belgium. I want to change my surname and this stupid archaic regulation is so stupid and outdated . I am highly disgusted at their lack of empathy.
I married my wife last year November and since then Her and the kids sassa payments have gone missing many months. Krugersdorp Sassa branch changes their story with every visit and now a year later not a single cent has been payed out to us . To us as family it feels like our money is being ****** by ************ Sassa staff .
I live at 25 Engelbrecht Street, oatlands Ah In Krugersdorp and for a week now the Telkom signal comes and goes. We pay very high prices for data and cannot use it all because their network is so poor. Worst of it all the tower is 500 metres away from us
Every month I receive money from Belgium which usually goes through very fast BUT when it is sent near to the end of the month it gets held up and this causes me to go into rental arrears thus putting my home at risk . This month again is a point in case . The transfer is just not coming through and tomorrow being Friday they will probably be lazy and process it on Monday and thus I will be evicted by my landowner .
Our company Harntech/ Harnbuild has a running pension fund with liberty and after many months I still have no idea when I can claim my money .
Experian SA is probably the worst rating company in SA . Their data capturing abilities are probably the weakest of all the similar companies. I payed 2 payments on a R7000 loan from capitec within 3 days of each other yet experian did not pick up on it and downgraded my credit rating . Furthermore they fail to see that even though I push my truworths and identity accounts to the max I pay almost double the premiums asked monthly and on time to ensure that I am current yet here I am down from 640 two months ago to 617 no matter that I will completely pay off the capitec loan in one calendar month as I payed installment 1 at the very end of last month then a debit order took payment 2 and now at the end of the month I will pay the last R2600 to end the contract. Their rating drop and negativity ensure that I cannot achieve what I so desire a car of my own which I cannot qualify for because of them . Even though I earn 15k a month and get R4 k plus monthly from overseas . It's sick I have to pay an Uber R3000 a month to get to work. That which could have been my installments on a car financing loan. Experian SA must seriously review their game because they create negativity where it should not be.
For the past 3 years I have been receiving financial assistance from family in Belgium. 33 of those months capitecs service has been fast an efficient clearing my aid in days . BUT for two years running now APRIL when capitecs financial year ends my funds have dissappear without a trace. Last year it took 21 days to get my money from them they kept denying that payment had been made in the end the money surfaced when the family in desperation sent May's money to help me survive. The same as that May's money arrived all of a sudden April's money appeared out of the blue . When asked the Cape Town firex branch change their tune stating that the transaction was moved by their computer to a default folder when the bank was closed for Easter break and tht is why it was not found. This year again my funds have disappeared.i as citizen suspect that there is a worker in that branch that is committing currency ***** by buying the currency low and selling it high to fund their easter shipping bill. Because why else is the whole year perfect but every Easter funds go missing for weeks. And when we complain we are met by rude staff who tell us there is no payment pending and the problem lies with the sender not them and drop the phone. I am litterally starving to death . I have not eaten in 4 days . My electricity is almost finished . I have nearly no data or food left for my dogs . If I dint get money within days I will have to give my dogs to the SPCA as I only be able to feed them let alone myself anymore.. capitec just doesn't care. They do nothing to find the money. The forex consultant did not even ask for the senders money transfer reference numbers or nothing which shows they di not even really look of there is money there. This month ironically is capitecs financial year end month. Maybe that is why they re too busy with bank business to care about their clients starving to death. I am disgusted and will for sure be withdrawing my funds when they decide to work an find them am closing my account I never experienced this with nedbank . Furthermore this and all my other complaints always result with them being vindictive and delaying the payment for the maximum 14 days to get back at me for complaining they did thst last year . This year will be no different .
Google partners with cellphone manufacturers to force customers to purchase new phones. When we do and lose our passwords then you cannot recover your accounts due to stupid re-entry criteria like log in from old device I mean seriously my old device cannot work on the internet anymore due to you and manufacturers pushing them out for profit. Now I sit with two accounts who's passwords I forgot and who's Sim cards have long since been stolen or lost and now I lose access to my accounts and can't get in no matter what I try . These accounts contain critical information I need very urgently.
For the past week I have been complaining about cell c signal in Wentworthpark k3ugersdorp. I send messages via whatsapp that take up.to an hour to deliver. I have sms bundles when I try send a message it tells ne no network connection try again later. When I dial *147# it tells me no connection or invalid mmi. Cellc is nkn existent in my area. Furthermore this is the third hellopeter complaint I have lodged and cellc just replies with non helpful questions and does NOTHING to solve the problem ..as 20 year cellc customer I am disgusted at how useless their network has become and worse still how unprofessional ,rude and incompetent their staff now is. I know they will not solve this thus I am going to migrate my number to another network To use whatsapp this weekend I had to wifi on my girlfriends telkom ****le as cellc just has zero network .
Every time I use free basics the network is super fast. But as soon as I BUY data the network completely stops working .It becomes slow and sluggish and a simple 5mb video on whatsapp takes all night to upload. Cell c is losing the plot very seriously. OR God forbid they are deliberately throttling data so we cannot use our full purchased quota before it expires . I live in wentworthpark krugersdorp in Rory street. Signal is poor at the best of times but when you Buy Data it just ceases to exist .
